If I could give 10 negative stars I would! I’m warning anyone they try’s to get any type of service from this company don’t do it!!! They are terrible way to expensive, my fax service did not work for 3 months they did not give me any type of credits. I made an agreement to pay by bill on the 12th before I could even pay it, my service was off!! As well as I sent several emails to Evan Campbell not one time did he respond! Go to Media Com or Spectrum you will be paying less with better customer service.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent customer service experience I encountered. I had the displeasure of interacting with [Customer Service manager, who demonstrated a concerning level of disrespect and unprofessionalism.During our conversation, she failed to provide adequate assistance for the issue I was facing as a paying customer. What was particularly disheartening was her refusal to commit to a specific time for a callback, leaving me in limbo regarding the resolution of my concern.Customer service is a pivotal aspect of any business, and such experiences tarnish the image of the company. I trust that Socket values its customers and takes this matter seriously. I urge you to address this issue promptly to ensure that other customers do not face similar challenges.I appreciate your attention to this matter and anticipate a swift and satisfactory resolution.

Closing business and called to terminate service. You'd think 21 days would be sufficient, but they require 30. Getting charged way too much money for the entire month of February to provide service to a vacant building. You could at least pro-rate the month instead of charging me for the entire month. Take your business elsewhere.

Their internal process and procedure for billing are terrible. They inadvertently shutdown my account without my knowledge, but never terminated my service. I kept paying none the wiser for 2 years! They do an audit and find this out but they had my phone number in wrong so left messages with nobody. When i called for another issue they tell me i owe for service from Jan 2022, when it is now Dec 2023! 2 years later, tell me about this huge audit and how my account has been inactive but i have been auto paying each month. They fixed the issues they created on their side but would not forgive 1 missed payment from 2 years ago!!! Fast internet with low latency, but be late or miss a payment, they will shut you off, cancel your account. You are not customers, just a source of income for them...

The new fiberoptic lines were installed in my Jeff City nieghborhood earlier this year and I have been 100% happy that I switched from Centurylink to SOCKET. My bill was cut in half and my internet speed is now literally 30 times faster than before. It's been great!

I’m not even a customer, but I’m trying to figure out who owns a number block that keeps Robo calling me, they were incredibly willing to help, and without my request are doing further investigation to determine more information for me. If this company was available in my area, they would be my first choice.
