The google search and map said this store was still open. After driving there the location no longer serves the area and was closed. When ordering online our order came very quickly and they had great communication.

ZERO!! I can't even select a one but had to in order to post! They ripped me Off! I bought a soccer jersey for my daughter for Christmas and it never came. Additionally I left phone messages and emails that they never responded to! I am appalled that they can get away with this! And I still get their emails! DON'T BUY FROM THEM BEFORE YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Be extremely careful of buying from here. I bought a jersey 10 weeks back. I tried to email / call them everyday and received no response at all. As other reviewers have mentioned this place is fraud. Stay away .. I have no idea how to get refund on the item i didnt receive now.

My experience was good. My transaction timed out, and I didn't get a confirmation. It bugged me, and I emailed first thing. I got a response back quick... I liked that. And the stuff was sent hours later, I liked that even more! Thanks Brandon you're superb, mate!

I just put in a order with them last night and had the same issues with getting in contact with them. I had put in my order for a pair of Futbol boots, but after I put in my order I checked my email and no confirmation. When I seen there was no confirmation I went to check my bank account and they definitely charged me. I sent a couple emails and made a couple phones calls. Still nothing, I finally had to tell them I will be contacting the BBB and if that does not work I will take legal action. They finally just sent my order out today. But to me and according to others it seems like you have to threaten them in order to get them to respond and thats just not ok.

I wrote a bad review in February because my grandson's birthday present didn't arrive as expected. It did arrive the day before I left home. There was also an apology, so maybe they did get overwhelmed. I would probably give them a second try.
