Boight a chair in may for 1,100 and now it won't work with remote called over 10 days ago and they assured me it would be fixed now today it quit working period and still no one has come to fix it. Sad ?

Very pleased with the experience I had at Slumberland today. The salesman, Mark Santo, didn't follow me around. Showed me where to find what I was looking for and said to try them all out and showed me where to find him. I tried them all and went back with questions twice. Found just what I needed and he ordered it and set up delivery information. ?
