At 12;25 pm, I went to Scotts Blvd branch to send an electronic transfer to payoff a mortgage. All went well I thought. The funds needed to reach the other bank prior to 4 pm to be credited that same day or there would be added per diem interest. The branch manager who did it told me that I would receive a call where someoine would recite a disclosure agreement to me and I would be given 30 minutes to cancel the transaction. After asking twice about the funds being sent that day, she informed me that they would be since it was early in the day.At 3:15 I had not received a call; I attempted to call the branch but no one answered; the call was forwarded to an answering service where I described the situation. That person spoke to the manager. I was told that she was with someone and would get back to me. Four o'clcock came and went with no call. About 4:25 I received a call from Mason who told me that the funds had been withdrawn from my account; when I asked what time they were withdrawn, he could not tell me stating that he did not normally work at that branch. He could also not tell me why I had not received the phone call. This was the final straw for me as I have had prior issues with their incompetence.

They will make several bank errors and then make you pay for it.

They lack customer service and basic logic when it comes to helping customers. The manager is a joke and only use them if there is no other bank on the planet. Help make sure all their employees get to fill out unemployment forms as they struggle to realize they lack basic human skills

Avoid this bank at all cost. Terrible customer service and very poor manager.
