“I've been to this location several times and the service has always been outstanding, but today was extra awesome! I didn't get the agent's name but she was just super helpful! I have always taken my Amazon returns here but today's label looked different. She explained everything and gave me pointers on how to fix. She even saw I had something to mail and affixed my stamps and added it to their outgoing. Just really friendly and helpful and it was very much appreciated!! Thanks to the gal running the register around 12:30 pm today, 9/18/25 :)”

“Normally dont go here but my friend wanted something in-store and so I gave him a ride. Rather pricy, to say the least. However, i happened to find several wall outlets with built-in multi colored LEDs, which have a neat visual effect. The effect can be changed or turned off by pressing sensor on the underside of the unit. Normal price was $40, but they were on clearance for $10 apiece. I believe I found a total of 6. They also have built-in fast charging USB C port as well as a standard USB port.”

Super friendly staff, they were wonderful at explaining what I needed to know/answering any questions I had! I’m rating this facility 5 stars primarily because of the kindness/friendliness of the staff working there. They're not rude, they are more than willing to work with you if you work with them. I have encountered Jennifer, Trey, Chad & others throughout this 2022 holiday season & all are WILLING to help me. “This is my office! The girls are sweet and helpful. It’s so easy to run in and out of. UPS returns and I drop off USPS packages with prepaid labels. I sell a lot on Poshmark and this is easy peasy.
Parking is a little busier with the coffee shop next door but I still haven’t had a problem.”
