“From the moment I called and talked to Micheal on the phone, to walking in his facility, 110% customer service at its best! I was on crunch time finding a storage unit. Not only did he find me a storage unit, but he placed me in one that was larger (what I needed) and at the best price! He went above and beyond to find me one that was easy access and easy to move my belongings into. Right when I thought i was good, he continued to Take me to the unit and make sure my keys worked and the app was downloaded to have easy access to the gate to enter. He made this process of my move so easy and I will forever be grateful! Thank you so much!!
And I have to add one more thing, a few days after my move I had left my storage unit and I did not put my lock on correct… Micheal called to inform me about it to make sure next time I was using the shed correctly and slid the piece to lock it So all of my belongings were safe! It meant a lot!”

Just like anyone I had personal things come up in my life and couldn’t make a payment and as long as I stayed in contact, they were very lenient with me and worked with me so I can get everything caught up. This is the best place I’ve ever rented from, the safest, but most importantly, Jennifer, who works there is very kind and cares about everybody she rents to for the Air Tight Storage. “Best Uhaul I have ever been.
I was driving through here and had a trailer hooked up to my car pretty badly in Nashville.
The people here for so great. They fixed our chains, cut the lock that had been grounded up, and fixed the wiring because Nashville screwed us.
But here... they hooked us up properly and had to redo wiring to ensure our safety and others on the road.
Best part their wiring expert was here too”
