Shelby See diagnosed and fix the issue with my driver seat, which was literally just one fuse for less than one dollar. Complete custom automotive refused to check the fuses even though that was my first request and instead utilized other diagnostics to tell me that two of the three motors for my seat were no longer functioning and that I would need to order a $500 seat to replace mine. complete custom automotive sent me on a wild goose chase that cost me hundreds of dollars and Shelby helped me recoup some of that money and fix the problem. Shelby is honest and goes the extra mile! I will be recommending him and his shop to anyone who needs upholstery work done or anything with their seats in their vehicles.

They are unable to even guess what seats and door panels would cost not sure why there's only two seats they're factory

Great people and great service. Had an old family chair that was last refinished in the early to mid 1900's. After that, it had sat in a shed for over 50+ years. The wood was restored at home but Bill See upholstered it in the leather I had purchased. He did an amazing job and would definitely recommend them for any service they offer. I called to see about getting my headliner fixed as it was coming unglued. The guy I talked to was not polite and acted like he didn’t want to talk or give me information or really answer my questions. I explained that I had no way to drop off my vehicle as I have no one to pick me up, that I’d have to wait on it. He said no, there was no waiting area and no chair to sit in. He continued to not be helpful so I guess I’ll give my business, money, and referrals to someone who doesn’t act like that and would offer a chair for a lady to sit in and allow her to wait. And I will pass this experience on to others as word of mouth helps expose the bad eggs.
