Went to get a lottery ticket and the man at customer service was looking at his phone and stared up at me, and continued not to acknowledge me. Then I said can someone help me in purchasing a lottery ticket please. Then a woman came and helped. The man heard but still refused to acknowledge me. I really hate to say this because I hate the race card but I found it so weird and with no explanation that maybe he didn’t want to serve me because I’m not white? What an odd encounter and please work on your customer service skills. It made me feel extremely unwelcome and I don’t even want to step foot inside with people who have this mentality.

They really need to do better at separating similar varieties of produce. I almost got charged double on 2 different things (apples and avocadoes). This might not be on them but on patrons, but that is going to happen when you put really similar things right on top of each other.
Additionally, fix your machines to make them helpful and not hurtful... I spent 30+ minutes in lines with no people in them because of a combo of the above fixing and ID scanning which also failed...
Lastly your prices need to be more competitive.

This grocery store not only has an excellent selection I'm just about every item but they have quite a few things that other grocery stores don't carry such as turkey legs ? or at least I got them there before. Also the hot food is pretty good I got a bunch of chicken tenders and roasted potatoes for $10.50 after tax which was really a pretty good deal for what I got. They have an excellent beer wine and especially liquor selection not just a wide variety but a very well picked variety and pretty fair pricing on most of it. I like that they keep a lot of good beverages cold and you can tell whoever manages the liquor section took the time to learn what needs to be cold. They often have some of the best produce in town and they also have a nice salad bar that has been fairly well tended every time I've been there. It's definitely a pretty nice grocery store worth checking out if you're in the area

I really don't like going to supermarkets like these because of the prices it's just so hard to get groceries everything is just expensive there's really no way to say but die in these days corners doors like schnucks Hy-Vee mosers it's all the same to me is very expensive and when you working on a small budget to feed your family with no government assistance buy food stamps to help take some of the way when you buy food you just can't get much and it won't last long whatever you do bring home from the grocery store it's just very very pricey

It's my daily stop and I like the store, but their deli needs an overhaul. And I hate the way their line to the register is like a corral chute for cattle, very inconvenient, and a wait that is to push customers to use the self check-out.

I love Schnuks! The produce is always fresh. They are the only grocery in the area to carry Fordhook Lima Beans, which ny wife loves. I loke thecway their checkout lanes are organized. And the people - simply AMAZING &very helpful. I ❤ Schnucks!!!!!
