These folks do exquisite work with outstanding customer service, including timely and accurate communication with customers and insurance folks. I've used them twice and, if I'm unlucky enough to need auto body work again, they'll be my first call.

Excellent, 10 Stars actually. Every person there is respectful, and professional. Did a great job on repair of exterior trim, and at a fair price (was not an insurance claim). Fast service and great communication about the repair and timeframe for the work.

I got into an accident and needed the drivers side wing mirror put back on. I went to dobbs and they said it was completely broken and wanted to charge me over $600 dollars. My mom called me and told me to take it to Schaefer Autobody within 12 hours I was able to get my car back and pay less than $200. I’m a full time college student and so grateful for the kindness and support at this shop. Highly recommend

Everyone I worked with was kind and accommodating. I appreciated getting regular updates on the progress of the repairs. From what I can tell the repair work turned out beautifully! It was worth the wait.

The bodywork was precision. The time it took to complete extended from two week to over 1 month. The rental car cost was almost as much as the bodywork repair.

Would crash my car again to come here. Staff was extremely friendly and able to communicate well between the insurance company and us as the customers. Work very fast on vehicles and communication between the shop and the customer on the status of vehicle is a top priority of theirs!
