Before I applied for a membership card, they said members could get abortions for free. But when I arrived, the clerk charged me $15, which was more expensive than other places. The clerk's attitude was also worse, which was more expensive than other places.

We go here for tires, because flat repair is free for members and they sell the tires we need for a better price than other shops. Service staff isn't rude like at Big O and the wait isn't nearly as long.

Can walk-in and buy tires but getting the free follow up balance and rotate takes an appointment several days in advance.

I love that you don't have to show your card at the door anymore makes going in so much easier and in the cooler weather helps you too get out of the wind faster. Food has always been good quality, the prices are fairly good, No one can ever say enough about how great of a store ambassador Chris B is for the company and community. complaints: Carts: We have been members for several years and have asking for Caroline carts because one of our family is too big to be in the child seats but not able to walk or be contained safely in a regular cart basket. Please get Caroline carts many people use them and even Walmart next door has them. Pharmacy: I was doing great with the pharmacy staff until they quit telling me about refills being ready, that scripts had run out of not giving me the right script and leaving me without needed equipment and no way to get it until Tuesday.

Made an appointment to get my tires changed, I waited for more than 2 hours and the managers explanation was that they auto techs were “dicking around”. Would not recommend to anyone.

Definitely one of the smallest Sam's Clubs I've been to. They have next to zero organic products and they often have at least one product I'm looking for out of stock. They're also sloppy - they mix the organic bananas with the regular; sounds trivial but one would expect them to put the product where the product marker is located. Staff is mostly helpful and friendly enough but the two stars is because this is a small Sam's Club that doesn't have many healthy options. I seriously drive two hours to Independence, MO every few months (with coolers) to buy organic fruits, vegetables and grass-fed beef patties to Sam's Clubs' main competitor to stock up on what I need.

So I’ve had a rough day today with finding someone to repair my tire. I went to the 4 out of 5 places open today to get it fixed but was turned away. Sams was my last hope. I showed up and explained the situation to them. At first they weren’t sure if they would be able to fix it, but after a few minutes they said they would do what they could to help me. After they got my tire checked out, they were able to help me out. I’m so appreciative for Whit (I believe that’s his name) who kept me update and was beyond helpful.
