Fast, friendly, and professional service. I had two windows broke out of my truck and valuables stolen. There was glass and all of our belongings strewn all over the truck when I dropped it off. When I picked the truck up, paperwork and belongings were placed neatly back into the glove box, console and behind the seat. The whole interior was vacuumed as well. This was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend using this company!!

You can call any number of theirs that you want, and you will not be able to talk to anyone. they are trying to get you to the website and/or text you a link. This is a specialty piece of glass and I needed to talk to someone. I'll go somewhere else.

When a community loses competition or options, the remaining business doesn’t have to provide good service because that community has no choice. Columbia had seen this issue for many years with a television cable monopoly. Now with the Mark’s Mobile buyout by Safelite, we have a company that use to care and provide quality service, and now is just doing enough to survive.

I recently had Safelite at the Conley location replace the windshield on my truck. This was my first experience with the new ownership. In short, the service took about one hour, and everyone was friendly. I also appreciated Nate's final touch by leaving a handwritten note on a small folder of notes and comments left in my vehicle.By the way, I also enjoyed learning about the manager's ref work in women's NCAA basketball. Again, everyone at this location is engaged and seems to care about their customers.

Frustrating experience getting my windshield replaced (due to a crack). First, they ordered the wrong windshield (despite me supplying the VIN). The correct one cost me significantly more than originally quoted. Disappointed also to find out you can't call them locally. All phone calls are routed to a call center. This made it frustrating to find out when I could pick up my vehicle.

Tried to schedule appt over the phone and kept getting sent to website. Poor customer service. I will schedule appt somewhere else.

Went in to get an estimate for a chipped windshield in the store manager told us to call the insurance because they would pay for it. Talk to the insurance company they gave us a reference number and that afternoon we had the chip fixed. Store manager was extremely nice and helpful

They broke my windshield, $900 offered $300 off. This is the worst service ever!!! I miss Mark's Autoglass. I would recommend using ANYONE ELSE BUT SAFELITE!!!
