Updated...we'll never come here again..still not fixed, and they rescheduled me again for the 26th. I've had an insurance claim from April 24th, and when we had the first appointment set, Zach came to replace our back rear window but broke the window while installing it. Then we've been waiting ever since for the order to come in. Dominic said he'd call me back and never did. We had an appointment set for may 5th and still haven't come in. I just called today to see where the glass is after over a month, waiting for this to be delivered and installed. I get a text saying my appointment is set without even confirmation if this date works for us. I'm still waiting on a call and installation. Worse customer service ever.

Nightmare just trying to get information. Definitely NOT ADA friendly. Endless rerouting through an automated phone system with an incredibly inept AI saying it hasn’t been trained on any basic auto glass question. Once you realize there is no customer support, your only option is to visit the poorly designed website the phone system endlessly regurgitates. Even there, I could not find any option for actual customer support. I was not anywhere near the quote process step as it was impossible to find customer support to confirm if the service I needed was even something offered by the company. As a last resort, I used the listed toll-free “Chat” phone number in hopes to get some kind of support, despite the fact that disability complications make texting extremely challenging and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, even that painful effort was fruitless as it has been approximately half an hour and no response. Unless you’re forced into suffering this shop due to something like auto insurance contracts, I would avoid the immeasurable headache.

ATTENTION SUBARU OWNERS WITH EYESIGHT:
DO NOT go to Safelite if you are needing your windshield replaced!! The worst service I have ever had in my life. I am a typically pretty lenient customer as I have too worked in customer service. I had a fear going in that my Eyesight would be compromised on my Subaru from other Subaru owners but decided to take it there anyway (silly move on my part).
After being unable to calibrate my new windshield to my cameras, they insisted I come back in two days to replace it again! With my safety features disabled, I managed to get into a fender bender the very next day.
I brought my car back in and they replaced the windshield for a second time. Only to tell me that they were unable to calibrate the windshield a second time.
They insisted it was MY cars fault and that it was a weird bracket. They insisted that they order me an “OEM” brand that Subaru typically puts on their vehicles anyway, why they didn’t do that in the first place i couldn’t tell you.
After unsuccessfully attempting to calibrate my windshield AGAIN, they blamed it on my fender bender and told me to get it fixed before I came back to put the third windshield on. I talked to multiple supervisors bc this should not have impeded their decision for putting the correct one on. Instead, I got the run around until I got my car fixed FIVE months later.
After getting my car fixed, I set an appointment with Safelite in which they told me they would put the “OEM” windshield on. The day I come in, they tell me they actually never got it in the mail and that I would have to wait another week.
After all the time wasted, I eventually talked to my insurance company who set me up with a Subaru dealership to resolve my issue. Come to find out Safelite disabled my camera for my windshield and it needed to be replaced bc it was now broken. Please, please do not go here and end up in a scenario like mine. Apparently this is not the first time they have done something like this but insist that they are able to change the windshields out no problem.

Was driving down highway 70 and a rock cracked my windshield. Got off the highway and drove straight to Safelite. They were able to squeeze me into an appointment right away and less than 30min later I was back on the road. Simple as that!

Had an appointment today 3-5-2024. The energy was off soon as the guy ask for my key. How can I help you? I have an 8 o’clock appointment. Are you the Tesla? Yes. We gonna have to have that here all day. Huh? Why didn’t anybody inform me of that ? The lady has called and texted me at least 3 times confirming that I’ll be here.In fairness I knew I wouldn’t be in and out but all day? And no one gave me a heads up.Then the lady that sets the appointment shows up late for work looking like she just rolled out of bed and don’t want to be there. I ask her did we talk on the phone she says yes. I ask her why she didn’t tell me my car wud be there all day she proceeds to change the expression on her face as if I offended her and tells me she did. This is a young lady btw maybe not even 21 years old. Very unprofessional no customer service tact at all tells me she did tell me and sorry or too bad I didn’t hear her. After canceling Lyft I also canceled the appointment at safelite.

They installed a windshield that covered cameras ABs safety features on my car. They misrepresented that it was an aftermarket windshield. There’s a small scratch on the windshield they installed. Reported all of this and had the rudest customer service experience of my life. Asked to speak to someone else. Was told I would receive a call. Never did. Called back again. Again, extremely rude. Neither customer service reps would even let me get out what happened and why I was not happy with the service before they would argue with me.I didn’t call customer service expecting a poor result and I tried really hard to be kind and patient, but no matter what I said it was an argument.Never again.

Could only get a robot on the phone. No real person to answer questions. Web site was confusing and quite overpriced. Used another company. Edited... I did try the chat option but also didn't work for me. I had a chip repair needed not an entire windshield replaced. Over 200 dollars plus mobile cost was quite a lot. I previously used Mark's mobile glass and was satisfied with service so I tried new company first however was frustrating experience. I called another company in town reached a real person and had same day mobile service for only 50 dollars. When I call, check the website, use the website estimator, call again, try chat, and Still get no information after 30 frustrating minutes I call another company.

All the boxes check with the service I received from the location off Conley Rd. in Columbia, MO! They were super helpful, quick, courteous and something I wasn't expecting was they even cleaned out and vacuumed my floor boards. Above and beyond service!
