I love this place! They are always so awesome with my dogs and it’s the kind of place where I can ask questions or bring up concerns without feeling silly. The dogs all love visiting! I’ve been to other vets where you might only go in once a year and then never get updated. Here, I feel I can call when I have a concern and when I do visit with one dog, they always ask how my other pups are doing. It’s always a very positive experience ? I added a picture of the newest pack member sitting patiently in one of the exam rooms. The other picture is just the other two happy and healthy

They have been so patient and understanding with our neurotic, vet-phobic pets and always take time to follow up and check on our animals. I was so touched when our older dog passed suddenly, to receive a personalized card with messages about Brody as well as a picture they had of him. They are both skilled and thoughtful and truly care about your animals as part of your family.

I just switched to Rock Bridge, and I am thrilled with the (routine) care we've received so far. They are excellent at communicating regularly throughout the appointment while doing curbside care, and everyone has been very friendly and professional. They are also much more thorough than other vets I have seen in the past, and have finally solved a minor problem my cat has had (and been seen for) for years. They are also very clear about costs, especially laying out potential cost range for potentially expensive treatments like dental cleanings.

I think Rockbridge Animal Hospital is the best vet in CoMO. I became a Guide Dog user in 2009 and have taken both of my dogs there—having them in top shape is critical to my independence, and there’s no where I’d trust more than Rockbridge to look after their health.

Rock Bridge Animal hospital is Amazing!! Dr Sappington, Dr Forbes and the whole staff are carrying, compassionate and go above and beyond. We have had some pretty serous orthopedic issues with our dog the last year they helped us through a very long road including finding specialist navigating multiple options which lead to surgery out of town. They helped with post OPP care, more bandage changes than I can count. They have been very helpful with all of my questions and made the whole process easier knowing they are there to help.

Rock Bridge has taken great care of our dog Colby since we started seeing them this fall! We adopted him this July and wanted to go here first but needed a near immediate visit to get him caught up on shots, so we went to another place first. I really appreciate the difference between the two. Dr. Sappington and Dr. Forbes, and the technicians and other staff, are compassionate and kind. They recently performed surgery on Colby to remove a half eaten tennis ball from his stomach and he is recovering very nicely. Also, we happen to be running low on money right now and we are very thankful that Rock Bridge accepts Care Credit, and told us about that option. Surgery costs seemed reasonable, but times are difficult for us right now so this was very helpful.

I love Rockbridge Animal Hospital. They have done such a great job with my new kitten, Clive. I would highly recommend going here if you live in the Columbia area. The vet techs are very kind and welcoming. Thanks so much guys!

Seriously a wonderful vet to take your animals too. My Max is FELV+ and they are very supportive and caring towards him which I greatly appreciate. Very knowledgeable people.
