Took a 3 piece suit in a couple of days ago and was given a ticket (and also told me ) that my suit would be ready today, March 17 (Friday) at 4:00. Went in today at 4:00! Was told "they were still working on it". Maybe it would be ready tomorrow morning or Monday! Needless to say I am very upset! I needed the suit for a good friend's funeral on Monday morning. How can I give this business anything but a 1, if there were negative numbers I would give them a -10. This dry cleaner is the closet to were I live since our local one closed down. I should have driven 4 more miles to the one my son recommended!!!!

This is the absolute , hands down, best cleaners in town. The staff is so friendly, the work done is impeccable, and the owners and manager will bend over backwards to make customers happy!! God bless you guys and keep up the good works!!!

I wanted to have my wedding dress preserved, meaning cleaned and properly boxed. I paid $225, which was much more than the listed price of $84 on the website. When I went to pick it up a month later, the dress was on a hanger, cleaned, but NOT boxed. When I asked about the boxing and showed my original receipt, then they boxed it. I waited 30 minutes in the store. When I took it home, I realized it was not even sealed. I opened the enormous box and saw that my dress was just thrown at the bottom. No tissue or acid free wrapping, just $100 for an oversized cardboard box. When I called to ask about a refund (since only the cleaning was done properly) they would not give even a partial refund and told me to come back to have it reboxed. I should not have to make multiple trips for the price I paid. I'm leaving this review so that others know they should consider other places to have their wedding dress preserved.

Robinsons is the nastiest place in town that homeless people live in. Machines old and they don't care that customers feel unsafe. Others great options in town.

I had a LOT of dried blood on a 100% wool sweater from a dog bite. They got it all out plus a mystery stain on a suit jacket that I could never figure out where it came from. Both folks I talked to were super friendly & they gave me a new customer discount without asking. Would recommend.
