We have had only positive experiences with Rimor. We had garden soil delivered, because we have mostly clay for soil. Also had a full truck of compost delivered. It is an excellent product. We have gotten the rainbow Pea gravel for landscaping. Their products are reasonably priced. Especially if you load your own vehicle/trailer. Planning on getting more of all three products this month! We are happy customers.

I requested 1" rock to be delivered for my driveway. I was asked how much was needed and described the length and width of the driveway. The rock was delivered, however, two mounds of rock 2 & 3 feet high 1/3 of the way over my drive way. I had no idea, having had rock delivered many times by others in the past, that I had to SPECIFICALLY ask for it to be spread. My mistake, but I had asked the driver to please have a flow of rock over my driveway. He seemed to understand what I was asking, but instead, left piles. I am 70 and can't physically spread all this rock.I called them today, and I was told that they don't spread rock, their trucks don't have the chains to spread the rock. Not happy having paid $240 for this outcome and no resolution offered by the person answering the phone. I will now need to pay someone to spread the piles of rocks.

Absolutely great service. The company was wonderful in helping me and delayed my delivery due to sudden road inaccessibility. Drivers are very curtious and helpful. This is how customer service should be.

I had 5 yards of their top soil delivered on April 2nd for 2 large flower beds. We have had majority of our flowers die this summer, because it wasn't soil, but clay. Today we are digging up the clay we paid for to buy dirt elsewhere. We paid for pulverized, dried out clay.UPDATE 10/15: I did contact the owner, Charlotte, after her reply to my review. She did make it right and I really appreciate her taking the time to reply and speak with me. Thank you Charlotte for understanding and helping my garden grow.
