The location is not great. Recently, QuikTrip decided to get flippant towards Mizzou in support of Oklahoma on social media. They clearly don't want to be in Columbia or in Missouri for that matter, so don't suppor them! Literally any other gas station in town will provide you with better service.

Ordered a wrap and the guy in the kitchen didn’t bother cutting it in half. Fine, but when we went back in to ask him to cut it, after looking for knives to do it ourselves, he responded with “I’m working on orders right now. It’s gonna be a while before I can do that.” I asked to borrow a knife to cut it myself and he refused. It would’ve taken two seconds.
Not sure of the employees name. He was a tall African American male working at 3:30pm on May 3rd 2024. Hopefully he’s reprimanded because that was horrible customer service + completely unnecessary.

I love quick trip I truly do. But this particular one only hires incompetent people who don't even know how to make a sandwich correct. If it wasn't for the convenience of where it's located to where I work I'd never go here again. This location is complete trash

Coffee is good, some of the hot food offered is really good and some is just a tasteless waste of money. Clean store but falling apart. Bathrooms need to be updated desperately. Wish the staff was friendlier I know they have to be fast, but they could be friendlier.

I was there on 11/24/23 around 12:30pm to order some breakfast. The worker (I wish I got his name) didn't want to be there at all !!! He was pissed at the whole world!! slamming food, cabinets, microwave...there was a knife on the food he didn't pick up and he used the same glove for all orders. There were maybe two orders before me. He was being slow on purpose. It was just so inappropriate. I do understand that we all have a bad day but still it was just uncomfortable to watch. At some point I didn't care about how inappropriate he was but was concerned about the food sanitary because all ingredients are prep when no one is watching (God knows what he did).THIS GUY SHOULDN'T BE HANDLING PEOPLE FOOD PERIOD!!!He looked like a toddler who was having an emotional breakdown.No way I was going to take a chance, I went to the cashier and got my money back.
