Was told 1.5 hrs. Ended up being 2.5 hrs for a simple oil change. They should consider taking “quick” out of their name. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

Been there twice and both times the oil change took 3 hours. Today they charged us for the guy behind us, had no clue how to refund, then made us pay for our oil change too!!!

I was told that all the appointments are booked up for the foreseeable future and walk-ins are hit or miss if they can get to your vehicle within a several hours. Finally got the truck in for the OIL CHANGE and the service tech left a shop rag in the engine compartment and didn’t put all the clips back into the plastic shroud under the oil pan. Absolutely dissatisfied. I expected better from a dealer service center of this size.Service: Oil change

Went for routine 60,000 service. Arrived at 6:30 AM (they opened at 7 AM) and was second in line. Got in quickly. The service was excellent. Matt Walsh was my advisor and did a great job. Would recommend.

This is the last time I will be using this supposed quicklane. I have been sitting here going on 2.5 hours for an oil change. The kid working on my truck has been “working” on my oil change for 2 hours now. I let them know I am waiting but that apparently does not seem to render with them. I have watched this kid go and work on other peoples vehicles and talk around off and on when my vehicle is still on the lift. All of this waste of time for an oil change. Never again. There is nothing quick about this “quick”lane. Don’t waste your time. Dobbs down the road gets you in and out in less than a half hour for a simple oil change. And they are also very nice and accommodating.Service: Oil change

Great idea but you better be there 2 hours before everybody else on Saturday which opens at 7am because they have the problem! Lot of business not enough time!!!

Service was okay, been loyal customer for a while. Asked for an oil change and to have my tires aired up to ~50 psi. Made them aware that the metal valve stim covers may be difficult to remove, and that if they had issues to contact me. Went to pick it up, i asked the customer service rep if they happened to get the tires aired up. They told me the technician said that they did and had no issues getting the valve stim covers off. Went to start my truck and my tires were the same psi when I dropped them off (37psi). Checked to see if they attempted to get the valve stim covers off, they were still stuck.Could just be a minor breakdown in communication or worse, idk?♂️. Prolly going to be double checking the oil after the next oil change.Services: Oil change

Several years ago Quick Lane was great, but unfortunately service has gone downhill since then. The past three times I've brought my car in for an oil change, they call me an hour later saying that they've broken a part that needs immediate replacement, adding $400 to my bill. A broken radiator hose and two broken wheel studs, 3 for 3.Services: Tires

My son who is a student at MU, had an appointment today at 11:00 at Machen's Quick Lane. He panned this time around his schedule as does anyone who makes appointments during the day. He was there until 3:00, nearly 4 HOURS. He notified the service dept. that he was having to wait for the car when he turned the keys over to them. That did not seem to matter. He had an oil change and tire rotation=45 minutes; wheel alignment=30 minutes maybe; and an alignment=30 minutes maybe these times were per the service man we spoke with. I can see having to spend maybe 2 hours waiting, but 4 hours is ridiculous. My son feels like the customer service guys that work the counter always try to get him to get something expensive fixed every time he goes here. He is a student for crying out loud. He also has parents who will tell him when he's being scammed. No THANKS!!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Great experience. I called to see how long the wait was. It was a reasonable amount of time. When I arrived I was told the same thing. I chose to wait in the waiting area. I enjoyed a cup of coffee while I waited. My car was completed when expected. No hidden expenses. My car is running great. I appreciated the thorough assessment and report that was emailed to me. I will definitely be back for the next needed service.

I arrived at 7:00 am, about 10 cars ahead of me. After waiting 20 minutes I was told it would be “a couple hours for an oil change: only had 4 workers. You may want to think about a name change. Nothing quick about your services! I will not return.Service: Oil change

Just arrived here from out of state and our Escape wouldn't start - everything was dead. Got a jump and went to an O'Reillys and their tester said battery was ok. An auto service center couldn't help us for 2 days?! So called Machens Ford and they sent me to their Quick Lane and they said bring it in today! They put their equipment on it and the battery was defective. Didn't even charge me any diagnostics or labor. So thankful we went here.
