0/10. Only robots answer the phone and don’t take you to where you need. No way to talk to a person or get anything answered. You show up and schedule an appointment and still cannot find a person to talk to and they still aren’t ready for an hour after the time you scheduled claiming “computer issues”caused errors. They have now taken away my entire morning when this should have been a 15 minute ordeal, tops. Greatest way to ruin a morning is by going here.

Called to find out if my insurance would cover he tests. All you get is a recording with a menu. I was never able to speak to a human. If they care so little about the first contact with a client I can imagine how little they care after the service,

Tried calling the location I booked an appt with and it wouldnt allow call to go thru. So I called another location got thru. Once I was able to speak to someone as I was asking my question to the lady on the phone they just hung up on me.

I was so happy over the past year with my service here. Then there was a major change of employees. Had a test run. It was done incorrectly and results were never given. Went back and they had no record of the draw, so they drew it again. Still no record of the test being performed. 3 holes in my arm later and still no results.And it is IMPOSSIBLE to call for help - goes through a phone tree of recorded voices and never found an ACTUAL person to help.Will be moving all my future tests to another lab. :(

From what read could be a walk in or appointment. But you walk in the machine makes you make appointment. Which does not work for people like me who works nights and best time to do it immediately when get off. Very poor customer service .

Automated scheduler is malfunctioning. It sets up appointments for when the location is closed. When I try to modify the time, it repeatedly offers time slots, then tells me they are unavailable, only to offer the same time slots again.

I scheduled an appointment online. No fuss.I got a text message, on the morning of my appointment, such that I could indicate my COVID status. Following that, it gave me a link to hit when I was there, so I could check-in.Check-in was allowed no more than 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment.There was one person working when I arrived. She was knowledgeable, competent and efficient. She had no difficulty finding my lab order, entering my insurance info, and drawing my blood. Everything was quick and easy.I was there 10 minutes prior to my appointment, actually started my appointment 5 minutes early (she was already finished with prior appointments) and I was out of there in about 15 minutes.Not sure why so many people are hating on this place. I've been here once and it was quick and easy.Edit: after talking to my Dr a week or so later, all of the tests he had ordered were done properly. He didn't have many nice things to say about Quest in general (they seem to have a reputation for missing some of the requested tests) but this location got everything right.

Walked in. Had over 10 vials of blood taken. The Phlebotomist was so very sweet and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

No one in the lobby and they refused to do a drug screening for me because it was 5 minutes past 4:00.
