“FIVE 5 STARS!! I find the people working at this facility EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Columbia, MO has a population of over 100,000 people, so the postal workers at this hub are extremely busy. They're not rude, they are more than willing to work with you if you work with them. I have encountered Jennifer, Trey, Chad & others throughout this 2022 holiday season & all are WILLING to help me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I don't know them personally if they're naysayers among you. I moved here the end of Oct 2022.”
