UPDATE 10/30/2024: Went to get my son's car serviced. Again everyone was very cool, polite and informative. The technician Christopher did a great job and kept the car clean. Eric, up front along with his manager, was great as usual and even went the extra mile to help a non-English speaking fellow get his truck serviced and paid for with the finance company they work with. He spent at least 40 mins with this guy and not once did Eric show frustration. He showed professionalism beyond belief. Plaza Tire on Grindstone will be our families go to spot for these great reasons.
The folks at Plaza Tire Service were awesome, the lobby was clean, the prices were very reasonable, and the work was completed quicker than promised. Definitely going back!

Everyone was very nice. Got me in super quick for new tires. Ended up needing brakes replaced and they had it finished by morning. Great service.

Nice to get an appointment for an oil/ filter change for my wife’s SUV. Had another issue wanted them to address. Received a message from them about the health of the vehicle systems that was well appreciated. Wife was in and out in less than 45 minutes. All service was done well

First of all the front desk guy is very rude and second thing I got a call from Plaza Tire in the morning and said the price is 804 including tax. I said any discount then he said we are including all tax $804 for break repair.
The front desk guy says they have policy tax will after price. so I found improper communication and need to be honest what they say and what the take.
I found false enviornment.

These guys were great, I am from out of town and had an accident on the interstate. Where everyone else in town wouldn’t help me until the morning, these guys stayed open just long enough to get me some tires so I could get back on the road, and for a good price. Big thanks to Cory!
