Very clean! Every time I am there there is a staff member actively cleaning and I love that they keep extra spray bottles and towels so members can carry them around to clean instead of having to use paper towels every time. The staff is friendly and has been happy to help me any time I’ve had a question. Excellent place!

Love this place!!! What you get for the price. Black card is the way to go!Clean facilities, well maintained machines.Friendly staff.Highly recommend(I was there 15 mins to close, just to get a shower and massage. I was the only one there other than employees. This is the only reason this review has photos.)

Make sure you call ahead if you want to sign up, Because they'll make you wait outside til a manager comes in because you're not a member. The Manager was less than thrilled that I was there, and majority discouraged me from getting my work discount telling me how horrible the paperwork was going to be. Then he offered the $10 a month plan which costs over 80 to get started. Then he tried to sell me the black card package which almost all of the amenities are not wheelchair accessible. This is not a friendly place if you're on a budget or if you work retail, they are simply not good for the common folk.

The equipment and facilities are great, but what keeps me coming back are Apollo and his extraordinary staff. A few months ago, a friend came to town and asked to accompany me to Planet Fitness. When we got there, he had questions about the equipment. Apollo himself worked with my friend, spending quite a bit of time with him. My friend was flabbergasted that the manager took so much time to work with him. He said the Planet Fitness in his city was staffed by college students more interested in reading magazines and talking than helping patrons. I was able to tell him that the excellence he experienced was an everyday occurrence at Apollo's Planet Fitness. From the first rate equipment and facilities to the extraordinary people, this is an extraordinary place.

Great to hop in when I’m in town since I have the upgraded plan for everywhere in the country. Such a great staff, friendly, always cleaning the place which is nice and fresh feeling each time. Great location and respectful members for sure.

Planet fitness is a great gym for the value. This location is always clean and the equipment always seems to be in good repair. Also, the staff is always very friendly and they’re always busy making sure that the space is taken care of. The only drawback I see is I wish there was a private space to do stretching and other exercises as everything in this space is open.

I travel a lot and use PF facilities across the country and Columbia is the best, hands down. Equipment is always up and running and the place is super clean!

I love the staff and the environment Always clean and a really good vibe. I’m moving to Texas and it hurts to leave my home gym. Planet fitness with there but THEY aren’t. Highly recommend this location. They really grew on me. Thank you for making my gym experience even better. I am truly gonna miss you guys! I’ll be sure to visit when Im coming through Columbia ❤️

I went to planet fitness excited for a great workout. I headed over to the smith machine to do my skull crushers, but to my dismay, I quite literally crushed my skull. As my insides bled out I quickly began to accept the fate that I would perish in the middle of a planet fitness on a Monday evening. To my surprise, my heroine Chrissy came to my aid, swaddling my head in cloth, momentarily stopping my bleeding. As I nodded out of consciousness, she decisively grabbed the defibrillator and shocked me back into consciousness moments before my final breath. Chrissy then fireman carried me into her lambo and drove me to the hospital in less than 5 minutes whilst still having time to stop along the way to save a kitten trapped atop a tree. Chrissy has my utmost respect for going above and beyond as a planet fitness employee and should be getting paid no less than $20 an hour for her bravery that she displays everyday on the job.

It is always clean! There is plenty of equipment for all fitness levels. I love that I am able to work out at 4:30 am!

After a morning of sitting following a night in the Sprinter van, I was ready for some endorphins. That problem was solved thanks to my Black Card and a good go on the 30 minute circuit followed by a great shower.Plenty of equipment available on a weekday in the late morning and no waiting for a shower. The gym seemed clean and tidy. Folks I saw were friendly. No lunks!

Nifong Columbia, MO is the WORST gym EVER! Appollo the manager is RUDE, unprofessional and a disgrace. They refuse to cancel my membership. I wrote letters, called, still getting charges 8 months later. He was not helpful at all. In fact he should never be in any customer facing let alone management. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
