I've found that the groomers are hit or miss. The recent experience was alright, but the prior appt was terrible. I should have asked for a refund. I've purchased add on services that were never provided. They missed trimming nails. We had to come back to get it fixed.

Store is well stocked, everyone that works there is nice and helpful. Glad they let rescues use their store for adoptions. If you are looking for a cat, this is a good place to check.
