As almost always the single cashier at night is overwhelmed with customers, coffee machine never seems to work correctly and prices are higher than most other places for snacks.

I wanted to give a shout out to one of your wonderful cashiers that helped me today when I left my wallet at home and my gas tank was on E. I had my checkbook but they don't take checks so she pulled out her own wallet and paid for $5 in gas for me so I could get to work. I offered to write her a check and she said no, just pay it forward. She is a blessing to your company. My review is really for her, but it shows something about a place that has such sweet people working there. Thank you anonymously sweet lady!

Friendliness of employees is about 50/50. Time spent in line waiting to checkout is quite often lengthy and not at all convenient.

went in at 1:30 in the morning to grab a couple things. i start to walk away without getting my change and the employee asks if i want it and i say "oh, oop. yeah i do" and turn back around to get it. honest mistake. dude rolls his eyes at me and sighs like excuse me im sorry. i'm tired and disabled, there was 0 reason to act like that and honestly it kinda hurt my feelings.last time i had an issue w this employee was on halloween i stopped by in costume to grab some cigs and the way he asked for my id made me very uncomfortable and i would've dropped it if not for the latest exchange.leaving 3 stars because i go to this location quite frequently and enjoy petromarts otherwise, but this kinda left me a little sour.

We have been using this gas station for at least the last 5 years never had any problems until this morning. Went to get gas and had to go in and prepay no signs on the pumps or anything. The associates didn't say anything over the speaker just stepped away from the register as of we were not there and they all knew us even the assistant manager didn't say anything. When my husband went inside to inquire the young lady said we only do prepay now and was rude about it. Guess we will be finding a new place to get gas. Columbia definitely has lots of options for that. Apparently this store doesn't believe in customer service. ?

I like coming here it feels safer than other gas stations in this area. However I stopped to fill up w gas and they wouldn't break $100. Quicktrip will always break big Bill's even if you don't spend any money. Probably won't be back because of this. I only use cash

This is generally my daily go to gas station for fuel and just quick needs. Fuel prices are comparable to other places and I use the kick back program. Bathrooms are generally always clean here to. Service isn't ever bad, there are some that are nicer than others though.
