Very rude service from the lady who helped us get the animal, then when I asked for help for another animal she was still very rude, so I asked her to send someone else to help me because I didn’t want her help. A second lady came to help us with our second animal and since she knew me personally, she was giving dirty looks, and was snotty, after she asked if we had stuff at home for the animal, she told me “we’re not allowed to let you get more than one animal at a time.” When I asked for manager both ladies came to front, were very rude. I WILL NOT BE BACK

I absolutely LOVE Petco! The employs are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I prefer Petco over Petshop.

We came here to simply buy a hamster and all the things it needs as well just to be told we both needed are ID we’re both over age of 18 he had his physical copy an had mine on my phone but then out of no where we were told no bc there trying to prevent impulsive buying for Christmas bc there exotic animals so in the end they just didn’t want to sell us the hamster either way. Won’t be coming back. The employee we spoke to was just very rude and uncalled for. If I could give this place a 0 star review I would in a heartbeat!

Camile always does an excellent job with my babies. Everyone in the grooming department is great to deal with.

Brought my pet in for a full grooming. Everything was fine at the time of drop off. When we went back to pick our dog up we noticed that he still had hair hanging over his eyes. My daughter asked if they can cut it down some more, and the young lady definitely had an attitude but still took him back. After a few minutes another young lady brought him back up and said that his ear had been cut. We were told to contact the manager the next day so that we can bring our dog back up to the vet. Nobody answered us for 3 days straight. After finally getting our dog in the Vet, we realized that it was much worse that a Knick. He actually needed sutures. The manager did call back and apologize a week later. I requested a refund at the least and was told no because the service was performed. Yes he did get groomed and it cost him pain and it was definitely an inconvenience. I reached out to corporate and have not heard anything. It has been 6 weeks now. I am very disappointed to say the least. We are now taking further steps.

When you spend 40 plus in fish and live 40miles away from the store they will not give you a refund when they die I will tell everyone not to come to your store again

Store has a decent selection of products. As long as you buy something off the shelf it is fine. Need anything out of a tank, you are out of luck. Even asking the person at the register for help will get you no where.
