Someone hit our RV head on two years ago, the RV is our full-time home. It took Perry Legend just under two years to get it back to us and while the outside may look fine. The mechanics are all messed up. Did we get updates on a regular basis from Perry Legend NO. We decided to go there and it was sitting outside, mice had gotten into it and all of our compartments were sitting unlocked. The owner is certainly lacking in general project manager skills, as well as communicating with the customers. We had no idea there were 2 other RVs ahead of ours. We learned our lesson the first time we went there, but they must have some sort of an agreement with my insurance company. Shame on you if you take your RV there. After two problems with mine, I will never go back there.

They got me in right away & did my brakes at a nice price & even put a fuse in when i mentioned i hadn’t had a radio for 2 months… they gave me a ride home when i dropped off my car and picked me up when it was ready! Jennifer at the front is AMAZING… so friendly & knowledgeable & helpful period…and Kenneth the driver of the courtesy van was pretty great too.

A bracket broke on a cross country road trip. These guys were great! Got me in the same day and made it better than when I brought it in! Very thankful for everyone at Perry Legend for a quick, friendly, and efficient repair!

We had an emergency on the road with our utility trailer while traveling cross country and stopped at Perry Legend for assistance. They were AMAZING. Not only did they fit us in with their regular schedule, but the trailer was welded, reinforced and sturdier than ever. They were great, great staff, great service and super friendly. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff. Five stars all the way!

I HAVE WORKED HERE FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS NOW AND I WOULD NOT WANT TO WORK ANYWHERE ELSE. THE CUSTOMERS ARE AMAZING TO BE INVOLVED WITH AND THE PEOPLE HERE ARE WILLNG TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THE BEST EXPERIENCE FOR THE CUSTOMERS.

Don’t take your car here unless you want multi colored paint job, anybody can panel paint, one panel in original color and not match any of the other panels.

Took almost over a month to get my car done. 1 of the weeks was because of insurance which is understandable. At the end they charged extra for stuff that wasn't part of the quote and contacted my insurance to pay for extra. I was told by both insurance and perry that all I needed was 2 wheel bearings, alignment, 2 rims, and 2 tires. I will update this when and if things change.

I am waiting to get my car fixed from a deer accident. I have always had a great experience with Perry Legend and that is why I am a repeat/returning customer.

I wouldn't trust my collision repairs to any other business. A few years ago, the insurance company totaled out my "crash magnet" that was rear ended 4 times in 18 months. Each time Perry Legend repaired it to shiny new condition with barely any evidence that any damage had occurred.

Needed my RV repaired. Over a month later they never emailed me an estimate. Filed through my insurance company and got repairs done and finished elsewhere. Waste of time even driving RV there for estimate.
