Peace Nook is my favorite store in town! They have the best books, organic and sustainably sourced body products, clothes and bags! It's a small place but I could get lost in there for days. I bought a great book there called 101 Ways to Go Zero Waste that's already helping me make major changes in my footprint!

I love the friendliness of this store, although none of their clothes are for bigger people. Free size doesn't actually fit size large or bigger. I really wish they would get some plus size clothes in the styles that they have.

My son and I had a blast here looking for stones! There are so many cool things here. You do have to wear a mask in this establishment though!

Mask update after how many years of “Covid” get a grip! But yet you have everyone touching everything, or better yet touching the honey sticks and then putting them to your mouth to eat. You all need to chill out, stop being so uptight and move on from the mask ? besides a mask isn’t going to protect you, and neither is a shot. The flu is a lot worse than Covid anyway.

The Peace Nook is one of the best things about Columbia MO. I have been coming here since it opened in the 90s for great books, fun gifts, calendars, seeds, gorgeous clothes, basic sustainable grocery and household items. They have something for everyone and a whole lot of wonderful programs as well though Peaceworks. Highly recommend!

Very interesting little shop hidden up town, I only recently learned about it because my ma said she went there as a teenager. I loved the place, picked up several books on psychedelics and a couple tshirts. I will definitely be going back, I would highly recommend paying them a visit!
