unprofessional management and employees. Manager refused to deescalate a situation in which an employee had falsely accused me of shoplifting in the past. After asking for proof, i was denied and banned, then received a lousy apology after they reluctantly admitted it wasn’t me. Being embarrassed like that has genuinely been one of the most frustrating experiences in my life, and i wish more was being done about the situation.

Employees here profile shoppers and make unfounded accusations about shoplifting; when asked for proof they refuse to show any. Contact information given for next level in the chain of command goes nowhere. Manager backtracks and offers to have you drive back to the store where they profiled you so that you can get an “apology” as if that makes up for the embarrassment of being publicly accused. Shameful.

Terrible. the workers stand around and don’t let people try on clothes because “they have too much to do” yet they just stand around and hangout. Store is always picked over. Very dirty and staff are lazy.

The second I walk into this store I feel so unwelcome and judged. The employees are judge mental and not friendly at all. As a mid sized person, I can almost never find anything that fits here. When a store doesn’t even carry midsized clothing… they’ve got a big problem.

I went to the store at 5:30pm on feb 27th ‘22 and the young man working there has no respect for customers. When asked for a changing room he replied “why would I give you a changing room when we have 20 minutes left” 0 customer service skills and didn’t even look like he wanted to be there. Hopefully the management is good enough to fire him. DO NOT GO TO PAC SUN AT COLUMBIA MALL

The managers are awful. Closing the store before 9pm is not right. No one want to help when I walk in. They are rude. Would never shop there again.
