We were on a road trip out west when our car broke down. The staff at O’reilly were very helpful and personable. They not only got us in touch with someone to come and fix our car, but they were genuinely concerned about our travel and well-being also! We are very thankful for them and their hospitality while our car was being fixed!

Terrible customer service the same guy who had checked me out wouldn’t allow me to return my item. The item had not been used and and still wouldn’t allow me to return them. Guys name is Stewart terrible customer service and rude person should be fired immediately.

I bought a brand new battery for my truck. Hadn't had it 2 weeks, and it was dead. They tested it and said it was fine. I had my mechanic test it said low voltage. The Amp were good but after charging for 24 hours battery should be replaced under warranty.

I had the job to go and sweep,scrub and buff the floors at this location. I did the work and left.Updated: October 4,2023I came here and I bought a bottle of Rislone Hy-per Cool (super coolant) and there is fresh professional there as most of them are except for one that I've ran across that I have not even done a review yet on because I'm trying to not be angry when I do it and it was in Broken Arrow Oklahoma but this one here see, I looked at the floors at this location and what they've done like they've done in other ones they've ripped up all the tile, And they have got just concrete and it's smooth smooth surface it takes a lot of money to bring in that machine that has diamond tipped grinder it's a grinder it's a big machine diamond tip grinder and it smooths down the concrete to where it's shiny. So yeah the last time I was at that location as you can see at the top I was talking about I'd stripped and waxed it that's not going to happen anymore because and I know why people are doing that cuz it's less maintenance no more stripping and waxing no more hiring a janitorial company to come in and do that specialty of stripping and waxing tile floors they just got concrete now that shiny sweep and spot mop and it looks like brand new floor it's not white and bright but it is shiny in the floors look good there.

DO NOT COME HERE, there staff has no idea what they are talking about, they cannot communicate properly with management and even if you ask for you car to sit there overnight to have someone come fix it the next AMANDA will have your car towed because taking up one spot is unacceptable.
