On 10-16-2023 my mother was charged $111.56 in error by Option Care for medicine she needed before leaving the hospital after surgery. Shortly after this transaction was made, my mother's insurance company paid the claim in full, and all other claims submitted to her insurance company from Option Care have been paid in full as well.We have called this company multiple times asking for this to be refunded. On three separate occasions, we were told the funds would be refunded. After not receiving the refund, we called again and were told that the refund cannot be issued because a new claim was opened even though all other claims have been paid in full by her insurance company.I find it absolutely appalling that a company would refuse to issue a refund for a transaction they made in error regardless of their policies. She shouldn't have been charged to start this medication and the claim this charge was made for was closed and paid in full by her insurance company over two months ago.

Great service….but why don’t they have automatic doors? Not easy to get in and out of with a walker or wheelchair

Option Care for Home Health has excellent customer service! We were sick and stressed out, they went way-out to help us make sure that our 2nd shipment of critical Rx IV Fusion medicine was correct and on time. They even called us back the next day with UPS Air tracking info. Everything arrived on time and in good condition. Thank you! Marcy, Nancy, Corry, Yasmeen and Jacquline. We are more calm now!Peter & Susanneps: This is the first day in a week that my wife’s temperature is down to normal and her infection looks under control.

We used Option Care in Washington, prior to moving, and my daughter's feeding supplies were always right and I could always talk to someone the same day I called. Here, I leave messages and most of the time, nobody calls me back. The supply renewal call didn't happen on the day that they said it would. I may be looking for a different supply company, as this is extremely frustrating.

Terrible experience so far. My husband has been transfered to Option Care from Ellis Fischer since November. He needed to get his second set of infusion middle of December and third one this month (he got the first at Ellis Fischel). Option care has been no help at all. They never call call back and when you get to talk to them they always say they are waiting for some stupid information from insurance. If you go ahead and call insurance yourself, insurance tells you they haven't got a call from them. And it seems like they don't even communicate among themselves always give you a cheap excuse to get you off the phone and do zero follow-up. Now for two weeks they keep saying that they are waiting to hear from their financial person of how much he will need to pay. I mean how long does it take for them to get things figured out. Two month of missing infusions now. This is a total neglect and no care for someone's health. I just hope and pray that my husband health is not going to start backsliding now with all this!

My doctor's office faxed orders for a specific medication on 5/2/2022. By 5/6/2022 the doctors office hadn't heard anything back from Option and gave them a call. Only to learn that Option Care no longer did the kind of infusion that I needed. They wasted 3 days by not picking up the phone and calling the day that received the orders to let the doctor know this information. This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional. Being that it was late on Friday afternoon the office had to find another infusion company and fax orders to them this morning. Making it almost a week without any treatment because they lacked the curiosity to pick up the phone and make a call.Update: Spoke with member of Option Care team, problem basically turns out to be lack of communication between nursing staff and patient. Option Care offered to help clinic find infusion therapy company. I appreciate them taking the ball and finding a better way to handle this in the future, so the patient is kept in the loop.

Trying to get in touch to track delivery is next to impossible. Call is routed to Chicago. Have left messages for two weeks with no return calls. Currently on call waiting. Started at 22nd in que line. Now, 18 minutes later I am 18 in que line. Patient is now out of feeding tube supplies.
