“Recently, when seeking to replace a phone, I learned that I had been making $3.33/month finance payments on a phone I had returned at a non-corporate agent office. The fellow there had failed to handle the return properly. This office on Broadway helped me out by accepting my paying off of the balance and crediting it back to me so that I could get my needed replacement. They didn't have to do that crediting.I did inform that other office of their mistake. When the hapless agent asked if there was anything else he could do, I resisted the urge to tell him to pay me out of his pocket, and instead simply said, "Nothing whatsoever." He understood.”
