Come to get coffee it's old cappuccino is always out of one or the other got propositioned in the parking lot while I'm my car dirty cups are out back in the holder this is why I try my best not to come here AT ALL but I needed caffeine that I don't want now because my cup may have been on the floor all I wanted was coffee and water man

A girl got beat down there right under where the 'employees" and registers are. July 22nd 2024
Nobody called for help nobody said anything. These people were recording it for their PUBLIC display of " humor" I was jumped by these people shortly after that. They have a recording of the girl getting beat right in front of the store by some homeless nasty, ungodly people. I used to go to this store on a daily but, not anymore!! I'll NEVER spend another dime at this store and making a call to corporate I want to know who was working that night and it was recently. The people you allow to loiter, harass us in the parking lot, walk up to us at gas pumps. This station is becoming a public nuisance. I used to stand up for every employee there and the stores reputation. I've made positive and encouraging calls to corporate but, not today I want these people off the street!! The only reason I was drugged is because one of your nuisance stragglers got in my car while in the parking lot!!! I expect better from every human being in the world. Y'all need Jesus being rude to customers you "think" are a certain way is ridiculous! Never again never again!!

In Any of your location ,Because there is not policy that say I can't walk through store with bag on or I have too leave a bag at the front door ....you have homeless people that have stole a personal bag ..however that has not been replace but I'm suppose to leave bag at door ,no way !!!!! Pray you all get this and understand this can be frustrating

This location lacks in customer service. Clerks falsely accuse and verbally attack customers. Mgmt, fully aware, will say nothing to the clerk. This is a routine occurrence at this location, people being spoken to as if they no value. Corporate, made aware of such, will not follow up with apology or correction of this bad behavior. My visit I attempted to get others to assist a new person, noting I was on break. I did not speak to new clerk but older clerk accused me of being rude to new prsn. They talk to homeless ppl as if dirt also. Location needs a better crew. MPC terrible for allowing it.

Most slow personal in a gas station. I stopped for gas and snacks and wanted to get out of there as soon as possible because I didn't feel comfortable since not even employees were wearing a mask or respecting social distancing.

Meridith and 2 other women began public (loudly) chastising and refusing service because I had no mask. They were loud enough that people in line began joining in. I was asked to leave. These people think they are the enforcers of Colombia's most recent mask ordinance. They actually believe they would be fined for giving me service. When I challenged them to read the ordinance, they said they had and that they can refuse service to anyone for any reason. A dark hair Caucasian woman then asked me to leave. I've never seen such hatefulness and militant venom by people who are serving their customers. Thank you City council and thank you Stephanie Browning, the public health director of Boone County. I stopped for gas! Got snacks & Powerball tickets. The restroom was clean. The ladies who work inside are friendly. On scratch offs I won $10 bucks
