Excellent service. I’ve been going here for as long as I’ve lived in Columbia and they always take care of you. I was out $7 and needed to get back home and one of the employees, Rodney covered me without a second thought. Great people fr.

My major complaint is that there's not enough employees to wait on customers. I am elderly & disabled & most the time when I go into the store there is only one cashier & there is a long line of customers. I cannot stand up very long to wait, wait , wait!!!!

This is the worst place to come to after 8pm....junkies and homeless overrun...the staff are afraid, not a good place, go to no gas.

The manager at this location is extremely racist. Soon as I got to the counter with my coffee she immediately demonstrated hate or animosity. She talked with arrogance & anger while telling me the price of my coffee. As I was smiling & agreeing with her about the coffee, she rolled her eyes, blew me off & began to scream the price again. Then went to the next cash register & said “next” to the white man that was standing behind me. I was in total shock! I said calm down, she then became so irritated, she snatched the GATORADE from my child & yelled, “GET OUT!”

I go to this gas station almost every day, especially in the summer to get snacks and drinks. I went there again today, 2023/08/28, at 7.15pm. I saw two homeless person, a male and a female just laying on the ground eight next to the ice freezer. The male did not have a shirt on! They were just laying there as if they were in their porch enjoying the sunset. Everyone going in and out were staring at both of them. This gas station has homeless people wondering on the property and near the front door all day long, and the number of homeless people would double after it gets dark. Last week there was a lady working around in a black 2 piece bikini! On Friday and satuday nights, most of the pump spaces would be occupied because people would park their car next to a pump, but not getting gas. they just park next to a pump because all other parking spaces are occupied by loiters. people just parked there, hangout and d played loud music from their cars, making it difficult to get gas there. A newly renovated gas station is turning into a ghetto gas station! The only reason I kept going there is because it is the nearest convenient store to my office. But the environment and atmosphere of gas station is deteriorated to condition that I don't feel completely comfortable going there in the future. I hope the owners would take action to correct the loitering problem, because it is scaring away business and customers.

Poorly ran for a new business! Always closed when paying customers are standing outside! Says on Google 24/7 but they are letting non paying customers use restrooms! I feel sorry for night employees who feel it's necessary to use their own video on phone record! There's surveillance for their safety and others! Somebody call corporate
