I've ordered a couple of times from here. Not that often as the prices are usually higher than other places and you usually can't get free shipping. But every so often this is the only place I can find certain items. What bugs me about this place is they automatically charge your card and say item has shipped, and then you wait for several days for your items to show up. If the label has been created but it hasn't left the warehouse for a week, how is that "nitro fast shipping"? There is another similar company that does the same thing, it feels like they rush to take your money so you can't cancel the order. They should wait to charge you when the item has actually "shipped".

bought clothing it didn't fit so I immediately placed back in the bag and returned them . they refused the return due to a stain that I didn't put on them . I will not buy from them again . I can't help the incompetence of their employees staining clothing and making me pay for a pair of 70.00 pants !

Placed an order for a shooting mat for a competition coming up in 2 weeks. No order arrived and midway usa was useless in helping with the situation. They didn't try to rectify the problem at all and waited until it was too late to order another product to even respond

Midway filled my order for a Lee inline bullet feed die - with a used part. Bad enough but the die was disassembled and loose in the shipping bag. I needed it to get some reloading done for a match but it was damaged goods. When I first let customer service know the condition of the die and that I really needed it the response was a relaxed "Oh well - return it if you need to. " When I returned it I found that they were out of stock (guess who got the last one?). I ordered a NEW die from Titan Reloading. They were able to priority ship it and the cost was a bit lower than Midway. There are far too many vendors out there that care about customers. Midway is no longer reliable.

I ordered a FAIR Italian Shotgun, their website had a 600 SLX O/U with a photo. It was the Deluxe Model in the photo. When I found out it was probably NOT the Deluxe Model I tried to PAY for an upgrade. They would NOT do that and shipped the shotgun and want to charge a restocking fee if I find it is NOT the same DELUXE MODEL. Their customer Service was very aggressive about restocking fees even if it was not the pictured model!

After placing the order and uploaded the FFL license and emailed customer service the FFL license copy I came to learn my order was cancelled. I couldn't understand how without any follow up midway USA cancelled the order stating they couldn't reach one of the largest firearms resale in the area. i.e Cindy's hotshot. Disappointed

This is for their online ordering. I paid $30.54 for an item that when delivered, I no longer needed. Went thru the return process online and when everything was totaled, my refund was $11.13!?! Turns out in addition to the the shipping and tax, they deduct for a "promotion discount" in my case $10.57! I have never heard of a "promotional discount". One would think that if you purchase an item for a certain amount, then that's what you get back minus the shipping and tax regardless of what you paid for the item. Why should I be charged the difference in what their price was and the retail price? Total scam. Chat and phone call did not good. Stay away from this place and just buy local if you can.

MidwayUSA curates the reviews that are on their internal site. I was sent a piece of equipment with the hardware missing, as such I left a negative review on their site, all of their customer reviews are first reviewed by their staff, they have not posted my rating/review yet. I have emailed their customer support and been told to simply repost the review, which I did three times to no avail. Given all of this evidence I am forced to assume that their staff curates and blocks certain reviews within their internal website, and I do not trust this company to "do the right thing".

I ordered seven boxes of ammunition from Midway. Living in Florida, a fast developing hurricane formed after the order was cut. They shipped the ammo UPS. We had to evacuate because of the impending hurricane. I was notified that the package was scheduled to be delivered in the middle of the storm. I called UPS to delay the shipment by one day but they told me that MidwayUSA had not allowed any delays without their permission. The customer service line was closed for the day so the ammo was delivered the next day with us out of town because of the evacuation. The UPS driver left the package in direct exposure to the torrential downpours. The ammo got wet. I called Midway to see if they could be of some help under the circumstances, but they just asked me if I had called UPS and referred me to the ammunition company for me to determine if the ammunition was damaged. Absolutely NO HELP at all from Midway. They just wanted to pass the buck off on someone else. I'm done!

Received a package that was not overpacked so anyone could see what it was. MidwayUSA should wrap each package with brown paper to prevent anyone from seeing what the contents are. Privacy first MidwayUSA!

Put in a $3224.00 order with MidwayUSA for various components for reloading ammunition, etc. When the order arrived, the UPS driver pushed out of the back of the truck something that looked like cardboard, but was wrapped with shipping tape and looked more like an oblong ball. Whatever the package was, it was leaking viscous chemicals, bullets of all shapes and sizes, and a cloud of broken plastic. Apparently, no one with common sense was available in the shipping department that day and whoever it was put more than a 100 lbs of bullets, brass cases, chemicals used for firearm cleaning and lubrication, into ONE box that was only slightly thicker than those cereal is shipped in. The box did not survive the shipping process, likely coming apart the first time it was put on the loading dock of MidwayUSA. The box promptly lost all strength, shape, and integrity, and it had either been dropped (or rolled) off conveyor belts used for sorting packages at UPS. I took several photos of the package AS IT LAY ON THE STREET, which I emailed to MidwayUSA, who chose not to respond to my emails about the damage. I spent dozens of hours on the phone with MidwayUSA's Customer Service, about 98% of the time on hold. The ONE PERSON I spoke with told me that I shouldn't have placed such a large order, then hung up. I even went so far as to telephone the President and CEO of MidwayUSA, and his assistant told me each time that he was not available to speak with me, but, thank you for being a customer. Taking the "package" apart, most all of the plastic containers of bullets were shattered or broken--many smaller bullets were bent; brass cases were dented or smashed; targets, reloading manuals, and books that I ordered were torn and/or soaked with cleaning or lubrication fluids. There were hundreds of bullets loose in the "package"--and it would take an army of people weeks to weigh and sort them, then determine which were still usable. Even the reloading dies were damaged in their plastic cases. Excluding the hundreds of bullets, an estimated 72% of all items ordered were a write-off, totally unusable. MidwayUSA's response? You shouldn't have placed such a large order. I phoned American Express, whose credit card I used to place the order. Their response: "We don't insure items associated with firearms." So much for being a Platinum cardholder. I phoned UPS: the order was over the weight limit for shipping and should never have been accepted. Not their problem. I phoned the CEO of MidwayUSA to engage them in a discussion about the order, which they steadfastly refused to do. "It's YOUR fault for placing such a big order." I asked them if we needed to take this into court, and I was told, and I quote: "We have much more black ink than you do. GO AHEAD, DO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO." This is Customer Service? Whatever happened to common sense in the world, putting over one hundred pounds of dense materials into an unreinforced, paper-thin box? MidwayUSA, home of the original goose chase, should change their company motto to "We don't care: we don't have to."

I bought a very expensive crossbow and it broke, I sent it back to the mfg for repair, when it returned it was either still damaged or broke again, I contacted Midway USA for a refund and the CS supervisor gave me a return label and RA # , I shipped it by UPS, later in the day the CS Manager called and said they would not refund the money and when it arrived that they would refuse it and it would be returned from where it was shipped????? I have bought a lot of stuff from midway but never again! I was able to go to the UPS store and retieve my bow and get a return label from the crossbow mfg, midway usa should be avoided,
