10/10 would recommend buying a bike here. The whole process was made clear, their parts guy Sean de la Cruz did an amazing job helping me understand the process of making my motorcycle mine. From suspension to seats, cams, big bore kits. I felt like they really wanted to help me. Thanks guys

From the time I reached out via email about the purchase of my first bike and first Harley everything went as smooth as possible. Shortly after reaching out a salesman (Chuckie) messaged me. We talked about what my preferences are in the bike I wanted. We went over available features and price range. We then scheduled an appointment to come in and look at some bikes. When I showed up at Blacktop Harley I was greeted immediately by everyone respectfully. Then the salesman (Chuckie) and I got right to business. I sit on a few bikes as he went over features and answered all of my questions. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible and made sure I was comfortable on the bike. After I made my decision on the bike I wanted I talked to the people in parts and service. All were extremely nice and helpful. Then I was off to finance to sign paperwork. The finance person (Madison) was also very thorough in explaining everything to me and answering all of the questions that I had. She was pleasant to work with and had a good sense of humor which made what could normally be a stressful time as with any big purchase a comfortable and stress free process. After getting my bike home there was a few minor hiccups. I reached out to the crew at Blacktop and they got back to me immediately and made everything right. I’d recommend Blacktop Harley Davidson to anyone looking to purchase their first bike or a seasoned rider. The whole team was very knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful in my experience. I’m excited to start my journey and lifetime passion as a new Harley owner!

When I walked into the service department, they said, “We want your trike motorcycle!” And guess what for 12.00 per month I got a 2024 black trike! Then my fiancé got him a 2019 bike!

I purchased a pre-owned Harley from this dealership. During that process, the staff acted like my new best friend. However, the service afterwards is non-existent! The dealership manager has shown no interest in helping resolve an issue in a timely manner. Staff do not return calls or response to text messages. Just be aware of who you're dealing with.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership! Even though it was just before closing time, the staff welcomed us in with a smile and didn’t rush us at all. We met Kayla and cant express how kind and welcoming she was. Her department was so clean and organized and had a fantastic selection. I truly appreciated her customer service and knowledge. I’ll definitely make sure to stop again on our next road trip.
