Store will not honor online price for item that is stock. Needed only 1 frame and online the price was $19.99 and I could get it at that price for store pickup but since I was in the store I wanted to get the 1 frame while there. However, at the register I was told the price was $39.99 since the in-store sale was Buy One Get One Free. I didn’t need 2 frames. I had to end up going out of the store, purchase the 1 frame online and then wait until the store received and filled the pickup order in order to get just the 1 frame I needed at $19.99 instead of having to purchase 2 frames for $39.99. Most stores honor the online prices but Michaels definitely doesn’t.

Went to Michael's signs everywhere says 25% off get to the register stand over $200 and my sister says did you take the 25% off they said no you have to ask for it so they redid it they scanned it three times had to put it back on my card and get it in there for an hour and a half just to check out this was the most ridiculous transactions I've ever seen in my life if they want customers to come back they need to give everybody the discount not make you scan things and ask for it I forgot I had to scan the app and upload it on my phone to be able to get it too didn't even save them much more the girl at the checkout was awesome the manager wasn't as nice don't know if I'll ever go back because it was a really bad experience not to mention putting the money back on your card to stop me from going shopping today for Christmas

Overall the store was clean and reasonably organized. I was a bit disappointed to see how much they have down sized their yarn craft area.

Used to be the BEST craft store EVER. Havent been to this locatin on a year or so but was highly disappointed to see that the shelves are BARELY stocked and the selection is TERRIBLE. Pair that with their always high prices and unenthusiastic sales staff and there you have it.... A sub par experience all the way around

always go here for all of my crafting needs! staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. their prices are always reasonable and I usually have a coupon I can use.unrelated to crafting, but Michaels has the craziest candies available and it's the only place around where I've found chewy sprees! I bought the whole box one time ?

Ordered picture frame for curbside pick up. When I checked in that I had arrived, I received a notification that my order was ready but curbside pick up was not available. I went inside the store and checked the pick up bins with no luck. I then proceeded to wait in the one and only checkout lane since no other employees were in sight. There was 1 person in line in front of me. While I waited my turn, I had to overhear the cashier’s life story, how her father was in Grenada, etc. When it was FINALLY my turn, the cashier couldn’t locate my order and asked another associate to bring my frame up from the back of the store. I received no apology, no thank you for shopping, nothing. So if you thrive on disorder, small talk, poor customer service and inconvenience, you’ll love this store.
