Bought a lightly used car from these guys and the entire experience was excellent. Sales person Kofi Adadey was spectacular: very responsive, very professional, and when there was a hiccup with the paperwork he solved it quickly. He even helped arrange a delivery to St. Louis. Very impressed

My family has shopped at many car dealers throughout the years. We have lived all over the country and have experienced many Mercedes Benz dealers as well as other high end retailers. We can say without a doubt, Columbia MB is by far superior to any other dealer we have worked with. The staff is exceptional but special thanks to Graham in sales and Dan in finance for making our transaction fun and seamless.

Hands down the best buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Kofi the salesman was outstanding. He worked the deal with me virtually, which made it very easy to make. I told Kofi the day we were going to pick it up, that it is also my wife's birthday. OMG, everyone in the dealership, from the Finance Mgr. Dahn to the Sales Mgr. John and Kofi made it the most incredible experience possible. Needless to say, she left the dealership with some wonderful Mercedes gifts from them all, including the monster red bow. If your worried about being taken care of at Mercedes of Columbia, DON'T. They are awesome. Thank you so much for making my wife's birthday special. Shes still grinning.

I was price gouged and what I originally came in for wasn't even fixed. I brought my sprinter in to have the key fob reprogrammed because it was no longer working, and a few other minor things like some codes and to take a look at my backup camera. The last 2 things weren't of major concern to me. I had it there for a month before they contacted me with an update. Not a huge deal because I told them I didn't need the vehicle anytime soon. They told me they couldn't do anything with my back up camera because it's after market, my battery was under voltage and needed to be replaced which was probably throwing the codes, and the key fob just needed new batteries. I explicitly asked them to double check that the key fob was working now because I had just changed the batteries before bringing it in and told them to go ahead and change the battery. When I picked it up a week later, I didn't think to check the key fob, trusting that it was fixed and drove it home. The key fob does not work. So they obviously did not double check on that like I asked them to. I took a look at the receipt wondering what the hell they charged me $500 for if all they had done was replaced the vehicle battery. They charged me $300 in labor. When I called them back to ask why replacing a vehicle battery cost $300 in labor, they said it was $200 an hr to work on sprinters, which, again, I understand because it's a diesel vehicle and different than a normal vehicle. What I don't understand is how it took them an hr and a half to look at my backup camera and decide to not work on it because it's aftermarket, run a voltmeter on the battery, change out the battery, plus the key fob batteries. I could have literally done all of that in an O'Reilly parking lot in 30 minutes. So they're either incompetent or intentional charging for more labor than necessary. The one thing I couldn't do (reprogram my key like I had asked them to do originally) wasn't even considered or thought twice about. They get the second star because they were super friendly the entire time they were ripping me off.

Working with Zac and the Mercedes-Benz dealership with so pleasant, quick, and easy. I saw a car that I liked on a Tuesday and pretty much the same day, I had driven it and made a decision. Zac was so incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions and guiding me through the entire process. He made buying a car actually fun and not stressful at all and that's the first time I can actually say that. The dealership is not pushy. The staff is there to help, but truly it's up to you what you want and need. I also love the comfy waiting room and the overall flexibility of their entire staff to meet my needs as a busy mom. I will absolutely go back to Zac and the Mercedes dealership when it is time to buy another car. Big shoutout to David Facio and Danh Do for also helping me with this car buying experience.

Raphiell is wonderful! He was very efficient and fast, I highly recommend him. They got super busy and him and his manager worked very well together to get us done.
