If you want someone with respect and class to do your taxes DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE. The tax professionals have no people skills what so ever and during a pandemic literally tried charging ridiculous amount for fees (I don’t ever expect it to be cheap but 500+ is ridiculous)Also, when you go to see a tax professional.. they are NOT suppose to make you feel incompetent, like you don’t know what your doing or talking about. Duh, that’s why people go to a TO because we have no clue what is going on but I digress...... I’m so serious please please go somewhere where your money can be appreciated and make you feel good about paying your tax professional.

Made a confirmed appointment. Received repeated reminders confirming the appointment from (obviously) an automated system. Showed up early and there's a sign on the door: "This Location Permanently Closed." Waited until past my appointment time anyway ... no one showed up. Called the phone number provided and got a cheery recorded greeting. Left a message, but received no response.
