Worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank. Mary Mize was incompetent and rude. She wasted 2 hours of our time on a simple task. We would be understanding if she had not been so rude and unprofessional.

Friendly clean atmosphere, tellers know me by my name. It’s a pleasure banking here.Had some issues when they first changed to Simmons but they were resolved quickly and efficiently.

I drove from a different location because the first location couldn’t help me open a bank account because they didn’t have anyone trained there to do it. I drive here, wait 30 minutes, just to be rudely talked down to by an older employee.I am looking for a new bank.
