I bought a used Kia Forte 5 from this place and the glued on antenna fell off as I was leaving the parking lot. The salesman called me back because he saw it happen and thought I could just put it back on. Upon further inspection I needed a whole new antenna assembly. The dealership said they would give me the part at at cost, but not cover installation which would involve removing the headliner. The service department recommended more glue. Just typical car dealership shenanigans. Just treat people right and stand behind what you sell. Selling as-is doesn't mean it's mine to deal with if parts are falling off as I leave the lot!

Well I have to update this back down to 1 star. Would give less than 1 star if I could. This is due to the worst customer service I have experienced from the service department.. Bought a 2024 K5 and 2024 Telluride from them. Tried to get the oil changed in the K5 and the soonest they could get it in was over 2 months out. Even offered to leave it there all day. They did not care. The Telluride had several recalls including one that was a fire hazard. Again, 2 months out was the best they could do. At the time of both sales, they included 1 year of free maintenance which is basically 2 oil changes in 1 year. They would not honor that on either vehicle so don't fall for that scam like we did. They do offer Lyft rides and this morning right after I dropped it off, they called saying they had no record of free 1 year maintenance so I would have to pay for the oil change. The lady calling was not helpful at all. When I hung up, the Lyft driver said I was the 3rd person he picked up recently from Kia of Columbia that had the exact conversation about the 1 year of free maintenance with them! So if you are expecting to have great service because you bought a brand new vehicle from Kia of Columbia, you will be disappointed like us. They do not care about customers after the purchase. How does the saying go... fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!!

We get our Telluride serviced regularly at Kia of Columbia. We've always had polite interactions and good service here, so I have no complaints. It's a clean/modern facility too, so that always helps!

I had the absolute most fantastic experience when buying my car. I bought a brand new 2024 seltos and not long after having it it started making a grinding noise. I had made multiple appointments with the service department and they have all told me they can’t find anything and to come back if it continues. The issue just stopped for a while after that until recently when I got my oil changed and my tires rotated, then it started making the grinding noise again. I have called the service department 4 times asking to speak to a manager so someone can help me solve this problem before my warranty is up and each time I have called they say they’ll leave a message for them to call me. Nobody has called me yet. It is getting to the point I do not feel safe driving my vehicle. I love the people in the sales department because they are always great with finding just what I want within my budget and don’t pressure you into anything. I have NEVER had a bad experience with the sales department just the service department. This is getting absolutely ridiculous and I will not be buying another car from Kia.

Needed to find a Ford Edge with light color seats. Hard to find. Had it at KIA of Columbia! Marcel was an excellent sales person. Took great care of me. Everyone there was helpful, friendly and nice.

Charles is the man to see about a car at Kia of Columbia. Very helpful, informative and patient. The dealership staff were nice and friendly, didn’t seem pushy at all. Anytime you talk money, things get interesting but I came away feeling like I got a great car.

Well...called to get an appointment which took two weeks to get. Took the car in to find out their systems were down and they had no access to anything, so had to make another appointment which was a week later. Finally they started work on it and called me later that evening to pick up. I get there, it's making and even loud noise inwhich was not there before and they changed components dealing with the oil leak but did not change the oil! Oil light was flickering and was still flicking when I pick it up the first time which meant they did not replace the oil pressure regulator. Not ideal service but eventually got things handled.
