Do not recommend at all. Complete utter & disgusting waste of time. I attempted to consign with JBF completely unaware of their strict, meticulous & ridiculous inspection protocol. Nothing states any of which on their website where you sign up. I spent weeks retagging, organizing, and preparing my inventory only to find out JBF REFUSED all items using a tagging gun (plastic tag to attach price tag) in non-approved areas of the clothing item. I have a masive inventory and after 2 hrs of them inspecing, they told me everything would have to be retagged using safety pins, not the plastic clothing tags (like used in stores). I have been a consigner for many, many, many yrs with another local company (went out of business with pandemic) and was never subject to such wasteful time-consuming inspections/ protocols. It's USED kids clothes for crying outloud! There goes days on end of time wasted. Do not bother, do not recommend ever...garage sell it!

I’ve been buying and selling at this sale for the past several years and it’s wonderful! It’s the perfect opportunity for families to clean out outgrown/ unused kids items and to replenish growing kid’s closets. The sales floor is organized so well that it makes shopping a breeze.

I love the Just Between Friends Sale in Columbia that happens twice a year! I have been shopping and selling with them for several years. Casey and Nichole are helpful through the selling process and work tirelessly to make each sale a success. This is a fantastic resource for our community.

Love JBF Columbia! It's the place to get great deals on gently used items of all kinds for kids at a fraction of the retail price. It's very well organized and the owners are kind and supportive. I really like that they also give back to the community by supporting local charities.

I’ve shopped at this sale for several years and decided to go ahead and sell at this sale for the first time this spring. I absolutely love this sell, it’s AMAZING and Casey has gone above and beyond to be sure I had everything I needed for valet tagging and also answering questions in a very prompt manner. Casey and Nichole you guys do amazing, don’t stop what you’re doing. The quality of items at this sell (and quantity) are tremendous because of what you do and how much you care. Thank you!!!

This is my go-to sale for everything for kids! The owners are wonderful people who will go out of their way to ensure you have an amazing experience shopping and consigning. I have been able to find everything I need for my kids at a fraction of the cost.Casey and Nichole serve everyone with a kind and judgment-free heart. They have high standards for what is accepted at the sale and don’t assume that those of us with tight wallets aren’t also looking for quality clothes, toys, etc. I’m always very careful about using a tagging gun appropriately (yes, it’s allowed!) and think to myself “If I was shopping, would I want to buy this?”The website has so much information about how to prepare your items for the sale along with many emails that include step-by-step instructions and links to videos. The Facebook group and pages are full of supportive consignors and you can ask any question as you are preparing your items for the sale.

As a long time shopper and consigner, I truly appreciate this sale! I have found wonderful deals for my growing girls and have made a great profit on my consigner items. Casey and Nichole work very hard to try to make each sale bigger and better every year and I am impressed with all of their new ideas. These ladies (and their families) work HARD each and every sale to make sure that area families find the best bargains around for their kiddos. I have been consigning with them for the last 3 years or so and this is by far the most organized sale I have been to which is extremely impressive with the amount of items that come to this sale. If you decide to sell with them, there are sooooo many helpful tagging videos that show different tips and tricks. They make the process super easy!

Coming from out of state and participating in RL consignment sales, I was very excited to find and shop JBF in the fall. This season I decided I would participate as a seller as well as a buyer, and they have been amazing to provide so much support in the process. I was so impressed with the support I decided be a tagger my 1st time selling. They are thorough to make sure everyone is getting the best deals. So worth it!

When you need reliability and quality items with stains or tears, trust JBF to bring all the things. My kids can wear out clothing and they can gently use items. Thus, my consigning began with the top items for sale. I have been consigning for a few years, servwd as valet tagger, and know these ladies personally. They sacrifice their time and efforts to make this a successful sale! And they give back to the community in fundraising efforts too. Don't miss such a valuable sale!

As a momma of two little people who keep growing so fast, I just couldn't afford new clothes all year long, every five minutes it seemed.I love that clothes are passed thru an inspection so I can trust that in buying good quality. Sure, some slip thru occasionally, but everyone tries their best and they are human.I love that I can buy new in box toys for upcoming Christmas and birthdays. It's never too early to start buying them when it's such a grest deal!Lastly, I cannot not mention the love and dedication that the owners and their families put into it. It truly is an all-year thing. Their heart, sweat and tears are into it, all the way. It's very hard not to feel that when you are there as a shopper, tagger or team member. They are contagious with their dedication to make each sale better than the last. ????

I have been shopping this JBF sale for several years and I love it! Nichole and Casey are so nice and helpful! I can always find what I need for my children and the prices are amazing! It really helps me stretch my budget! I also appreciate the fact that it allows me to shop from local families, so I can do my part to keep the monies in my community.

I have been attending children's consignment sales for 6 years, in different cities AND states. This Columbia/Jefferson City/Lake of the Ozarks branch of Just Between Friends is the best I have had a chance to do business with.I have had an opportunity to be a part of their seasonal events, both as a consigner selling my items and as a shopper buying clothing/toys/accessories.They have great standards as to what is accepted onto the sales floor, and that makes each shopping experience a breeze! No having to stop and check for correct sizing, or if an item has stains or tears.I love that the buildings the organizers choose are large enough for shoppers to space out (socially distancing during this pandemic) while browsing, it gives me the chance to look through each section I have on my list. I have successfully purchased full seasons of clothing for both of my children at each sale.As a consigner having entered items into several other sales across the state, I know that I always make the most money from this specific event. They offer several chances to minimize the cost of consignment, and they pay out your earnings after each sale in a timely manner!A+ experience from every section of this pop-up seasonal event!
