My daughter has a hard time finding shoes that fit, but Sway at the Columbia Mall Journeys went above and beyond! She was so patient, brought out tons of options, and never once seemed bothered. She even gave my daughter a high five when we found the right pair. Amazing customer service—you don’t see that often anymore!

I had a lovely experience here today in the mall. The employees went above and beyond to help me find some summer sandals. They didn’t have my size in store, but were able to order me exactly what I wanted. The experience was quick and easy, and my new shoes are even being sent to my house, free of charge! I’m so excited!
