The young man whom I interacted with at this appointment, Andrew, is exceptionally friendly, patient, and cordial. He explains everything very carefully and doesn't mind what might seem like trivial questions. The oil change and other work were done promptly, and I was treated with courtesy throughout my visit.

Jaren at Joe Machens Nissan was very courteous and friendly. He listened to what we had to say and offered us some options within our price range. After selecting the car that we wanted, he went above and beyond to ensure that the car was in good mechanical working order. Once the car was ready for pick up, he personally delivered the car. Service advisor is most helpful and a joy to work with. However I don’t personally agree with the new service diagnosis charge policy. It would be different if I wasn’t paying them to do the repairs in the end. Then I could understand. Feel like the charges should be waived if the repairs are authorized and done by the dealership. In the end I think this policy will turn customers away.

Friday we had a recall appointment for our 2021 Rogue, which was purchased here in 2022. We worked with Andrew Barnett-Krueger and Mikey in Finance,and had such a positive experience. Instead of staying in the customer waiting area, which is very nice, we went to check out the new Rogues. Well, we ended up trading for a new 2024 model. I was very pleased with the interest rate my loan was financed with, through Nissan. Much lower than 2 years ago. We also decided to invest in the SilaJet treatment for protecting the car inside & out. The service department couldn't have been more accommodating by getting it done before we drove the car back home!! Ryan Ewing and the service advisor was very instrumental in seeing that could happen for us, since we live an hour & a half away. Thank you to everyone at the dealership for making this a great car buying experience.

I had great service on 7/19/24. A tire shop broke the wheel lock during an appt for a rotate & balance so they couldn’t get the tires off. This was late on a Friday afternoon but we called Nissan and they said they could quickly use the master to replace the locked with generic lug nuts. A mechanic stayed late to help us out & he even put air in a tire that was low. We had a road trip planned for the next morning so l’m very grateful they helped me out. The mechanic and the service desk team were all kind even in spite of this being a last minute & stressful situation.
