From the minute I talked to Jackie in the sales department. I knew I had a sales person that really cared about her job. It only got better as we talked more and then I went to pick up the vehicle the time she took explaining the truck to me is the most time I’ve ever had a dealer take I have been buying new trucks for the last 20 years at least once every three years this is the best experience I’ve had by far. I would recommend anybody even if you’re not in the area and you have to drive a little bit to try this dealership out. They are awesome to deal with.

Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago and even got a text message reminding me of my appointment. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done! They had no clue! This was not the first time I had issues on how they conduct business. Joe Machens had an excellent service department at their old Mitsubishi lot (now closed), but their Ford repair shop has been the worst. Joe Machens has lost my loyalty and my business in the future!
