While we got a great price on the car, the paperwork was a ridiculous experience. After the deal was made we waited hours to complete the transaction despite not financing the vehicle. Even though we spent hours in the lobby we were contacted because we still need to sign yet another document. When my husband called the salesperson because the document never arrived in his email, he was hung up on. Every other time we have had a document sent via email the sender has confirmed that the document was received on our end. Seriously, it is like this huge dealership has never sold a car before.

Bought a F150 at what I consider a great price. Negotiations were a little sketchy at first but once we settled on a trade for my vehicles everything was smooth sailing. Couldn't be happier.

I had a friend purchase a car from here within the last month and is already broke down. They are refusing to fix it so just beware that you might want to have the vehicle your looking at buying checked out before you purchase one here.! It’s not like it’s a motor or a transmission. It’s a $400 fix ! this is ridiculous. No one should have A repair bill before you make your first payment . They sure will call you back when they’re trying to sell you a car but won’t help you when you need it.!! Service after the sale should also be important to a dealership

Jimmy was/is a great salesman but i didnt appreciate the pressure tactics of selling GAP and Ford ESP in finance, just mention it and move on when they say no, no "oh if this fails and it will..." left me cold and wanting to leave
EDIT-Finance worked with me to correct the situation, overall, it was a pleasant experience

Sales rep Brent was very patient when searching for a used vehicle that fit my search requirements. Machens has a large inventory in their many dealerships making it easy to find what you are looking for. I was very happy with my selection except the rear wing windows were open and the button to close them was broken. The vehicle was not detailed very well. Aside from the broken window button there were dead bugs in 2 of the window recesses. There were 2 empty hand lotion bottles in the console and the black rubber floor mats that were in the back when I looked before detailing were missing.

Worked with Brian. Told him my credit score, how much I had for a down payment and told him my VERY strict monthly budget before I even went to the dealership. I stressed that I needed to stay on or under budget. After like an hour and a half of sitting there waiting, he comes back with a monthly payment that was $175 over my monthly budget! He also had an attitude. When he left to go get another option that was still out of budget, I left. Didn’t listen to me and wasted my time.
