The Owner Joe Haner did email me back I sent a message that I'm struggling trying to make payments on this 2019 Chevy Equinox as past customer I should have been allowed to Trade for a 2016 or a 2017 Chevy Equinox since he never responded back then I guess that means no more interested in making money than pleasing a past Customer so I'm stuck struggling since I'm not getting any response I won't be going back I'm sorry I ever went there never thought I would ever be treated this way!!!

I did not purchase a car from this dealership BUT I worked with a sales associate named Sean for nearly two weeks. I almost purchased the vehicle but the distance (900 miles) was just too far for me to take the risk. I am writing this review because I feel like when things are bad--everyone reviews. But sometimes things are good and nobody says a word. I wanted to say that I know nothing about the quality of vehicles or people at this dealership, but if the salesperson Sean I worked with is an indication, everything is top class/quality. I texted and spoke with this salesman for two weeks nearly everyday. I fired out questions, he would check and get me clear, honest answers. He was courteous and kind, down to earth, and knowledgeable about vehicles and sales. He walked me through multiple processes, worked up a very fair financing deal, only to have me say -- sorry I"m not ready to buy. I got zero follow up texts calls saying "Are you ready now are you ready now??? You should buy!" blah blah blah. This salesperson should be a model for all others to follow. I hope they figure this out at the dealership and promote/salute him while hiring similar types of salespeople. I am not a bot (ha!) and I don't work there or know the salesman, but I find it hard to judge character just through reviews, phone calls, and texts. With Sean, this was nearly a few weeks of communication and I didn't get any kind of powerplay when I opted not to buy. I can't think of any other place I would have even considered having a car shipped without me test driving it or seeing it live first.

We just bought a new to us Expedition & are in love. Osman was our car salesman & from the very beginning he was honest, personable and a joy to work with! We would def. purchase another vehicle from this dealership! Go see Osman!

My wife takes her Rav 4 here and sometimes I have the pleasure of taking it for her and everyone is very friendly there and very helpful and thorough. Great snacks and coffee too ?

Horrible service!
First trip was ok, but they needed to order my part.
Second trip , wrong part (after a lengthy wait).
Third trip, 2 hour wait “sorry we can’t get to you today and we have no loaners.
Fourth trip, 3 hours in waiting and my jeep never moved off the lot. When I asked I was told it’d be over an hour more wait till they could even get to it and it was an over hour job (total lie about job time).
4 trips later still no warranty repair. At least an entire day wasted waiting in the service dept. Repair manual shows a 15 min job, each visit I waited more than 2 hours before they would tell me it’d be another hour more. No offer of a loaner.
They erased my past reviews and still no management has contacted me to make this right. I’m escalating my complaints to all review platforms and Jeep wave.
Stay away from the Chrysler dealership

I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a car here. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. When you give somebody $23,000 cash for a 2022 vehicle, you should not have to spend your own money a week later getting the cameras recalibrated. I asked the dealership if they would pay for it they said they would pay for half. The camera is a safety feature on the car that should keep you safe. This car pulled me into oncoming traffic that's why I had to get the camera redone. They gave me an inspection sticker saying the car was safe. Not only that I was supposed to get a 30-day temp tag and it was only for 3 weeks. Their sales representatives are less than understanding. I have bought five cars cash outright in the last 25 years. This by far was the worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this place. To anyone

Good service after the sale...so far. Phil was good to work with, and financing was fairly quick. Good snacks in waiting room and fair prices.
