My salesman Ross was a complete professional and truly listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect vehicle for my family! Sam in finance was top notch as well and made sure that I got the best interest rate available on my financing and made the documentation process easy. Not only did they stay extra late on a Friday to get everything done, but they also followed up after the sale multiple times to make sure that I was still enjoying my purchase and to see if I had any questions! Christian at Machens Jeep is the best salesman ever he's so patient kind courteous helpful professional friendly shows me how to work all the bells & whistles on my 23 Jeep Grand Cherokee plus if I need an oil change etc I just contact Christian & he sets everything up for me now this is what I call exceptional service.
