Rooms: A/C not working properly, I couldn’t turned it off and I was freezing, thermostat wasn’t working at all.
Dirty bathroom and broken shower, they could use great value products to clean the bathroom if they are that cheap, it was worst than a super 8 hotel.
I don’t recommend staying here.

First off there is an additional $50 Room deposit for both credit & debit transactions..that was not listed on Expedia..Plus, I'm a Holiday Inn Rewards member & never pay a deposit anywhere else. Everyone was talking about it as they were unloading their bags in the parking lot.. So, at least I wasnt the only one surprised. It was fine, but it would have been nice to have known. This location does not offer free breakfast. The ac in the room is on a thermostat that will kick the ac on & off every 5 mins.. & there is no continuous fan option, so forget drowning out any noise outside "such as a security alarm that went off some where outside during our stay in the middle of the night" or noisy neighbors.. plus it never really cooled down! It was the worst sleep I ever had & I was exhausted! Now Room cleanliness, our particular Room was diry, soap scum on the shower walls, hair in the bathroom, dusty, fingerprints on the microwave, etc.. there was some weird substance on the bathroom wall that I hope was "white lotion"! Im thinking this Room only gets new towels & if we were lucky maybe we had fresh sheets as it appeared it hadn't been cleaned properly! Check out is at 11, we requested a late Chekout & they gave us a 12:00 time. Even with that at 10:30 with out a knock the maid unlocks the door & just walks in & says oh, I thought you were gone!! Omg! After this we proceeded to hear the slamming of doors outside of our room as the were very loudly going in and out of other rooms! Def. Not a peaceful morning..we brought this all up at check out.. along with the unclean room & it was oh, hmm, that's weird .. I'll have to talk to the head maid about that! Not impressed the quality was definitely lacking! Stay at your own risk, you may have a better experience.

Great location, suites are large and comfy (see pics). Very friendly and helpful staff, BUT the rooms a slightly dated. The lobby and conference center are great and reasonable prices and good decor. A+

Late night stop on way home last minute booking. Great customer service clean room and super quiet. Breakfast was awesome!

The carpet in front of the bathroom by the fridge was gross and the toilet in room 226 would not flush and the washer kept running constant.

We had a fantastic time staying here for our baseball tournaments. The staff is absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice facility but tough to even rate it this high as it doesn’t meet the standards that it should, mostly based on poor management and lack of dependable employees. 40 minute wait for the breakfast, no coffee to be found, poor attitudes, etc.

As a diamond elite member I parked at the diamonds elite member parking spot and my car was broken into and guess what I was told they don't have cameras outside. I'm so disappointed at this location and will never recommend this location to anyone!!!

Hotel itself is nice. Nice lobby area, nice dining area. Staff was nice. However, the entire week I was there, there was no hot breakfast . It was basically continental and no fruit.
The AC unit in my room worked poorly. You had to turn the unit all the way down to 67 to even get the room somewhat cool. And it was also musky. I kept getting a stuffy nose in the room.
Toilet water pressure was poor. I had to flush it at least twice to get the toilet paper to go down.
The room was clean but I noticed that the bottom of my feet were getting dirty from the carpet.
They do have a shuttle to and from the airport. However, the shuttle needs to be cleaned. Seats were dirty and had oil stains and pet hair on the seats.
I would stay here again but price should be maybe $85 tops.

I stay there the other night and I swore I seen bed bugs on the mattress I don't recommend for anybody to stay there the staff was mean and hateful they didn't want to give me my money back after I swore I told them I seen bugs at the corner of the mattress I checked the whole bed myself they didn't want to do nothing about it give me my money back or anything I sure do hope they spray that place

I stayed here on a cross-country road trip this summer. Super convenient from the freeway, and the Tesla chargers made this a slam dunk. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and the hotel was super quiet.

Blood stain on the carpet on our arrival. Bathroom floor sticky. Beds were not made while we were out for the day...front desk states "we don't make beds if it's a multi-day stay." Only two clean towels left for 3 guests
Will seek another place to stay next time in
