Called for a TV repair and explained what issue I was having. I have enough experience to know that the worst case scenario, the motherboard of the tv would have to be replaced. I wanted an estimate not an exact number but a rough number based on what I had explained, I am aware that it can be more or less. He wanted to charge $35 dollars for an answer which is sort of a scam since I am telling you specifically a description of my problem. This dude wants money and not interested in helping a customer not even with information. Beware these are the type of businesses that inflate and overcharge. AVOID!!

This repair shop is the best!!! Steve is brilliant fixed a professional monitor for me that I thought was long gone.. what does Steve do a resurrection on this crt holy grail...thanks so much!!! I will not go anywhere else and I recommend anyone that needs tv or monitor repair to go to Hinton tv and radio. You guys are awesome!!!

Called to see if they would fix an old RCA console radio/turn table. Answer was if I dropped it off and gave him $35, he could let me know in a few months. I'm not gonna pay $35 to get that yes or no question answered. The second question was which of 2 fans was fan #1 on my Samsung TV? He said it would take him a couple hours to do that research and wasnt willing to do that unless he get paid. I'd be leery of dropping off anything there at that pace. A professional should be able to answer that question in a matter of minutes. Customer Service wins business. If your concerned about $ before your Customers, that's backwards. If you take care of your Customer first, the $$ just comes automatically. I said maybe I'm asking the wrong guy and he agreed. Ha! Good luck to them but it's not looking good from thos side as long as that guy is working there.
