“My mother-in-law and I started going to see Amber and her staff at nutrishop about 10 months before my wedding day. Amber was so kind, knowledgeable and positive that we couldn’t help but return. Every 2 weeks or so we did body scans and Amber or one of the other nutrishop staff kindly helped modify our macros, supplements and exercise routines to get us to our goals. Every time we visited the store we were greeted with kindness in a completely judgment free zone. To say it was a success seems like an understatement. My mother in law successfully drop a significant portion of the weight she had been trying to drop for years. Even better her cholesterol and lipid (fat) labs from her doctor went from verging on needing medication to now being in the healthy and normal parameters. I dropped more body fat than I even picture possible. I was down to my goal weight, had increased overall strength and was in the best shape of my life! Most importantly, I felt so good and healthy for my wedding day. Now that I’ve met that goal, I continue to visit Amber and Nutriship for my new goal: to maintain the success we achieved and continue to live the best happy and healthy life possible.
