I should mention that Head Motor Co. & Stuart Head was referred to me by prior happy customers! My first interaction with Stuart was via phone and I immediately knew after that phone call that buying a motorcycle at Head Motor Co. was going to be an excellent experience! I’ve been in customer service roles of various kinds since 15 years old. The customer experience at Head Motor Co. while purchasing my new Indian Pursuit exceeded all expectations! Now the ride: WOW!! Is all I can say. I’ve logged over 120,000 life miles in about 7 years on what most folks would say is Indians’ competition for motorcycles. Im here to tell you that after a demo ride on an Indian youll be amazed at the engineering quality, performance and features built into the Indian from the factory. Hands down, not even close to what some would say is Indians’ competition in the heavy weight motorcycle touring segment.

One of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Found the unit I wanted and Brent contacted me and made it happen. Brent was easy to deal with and delivered on everything he said he was going to do. Jermaine in finance was awesome to work with as well. Got me a good deal and didnt try pushing extra cost on me. Bought a brand new Jet-ski from them, was told first service aftr break in would be free (my fault for not getting it in writing). Took it there and was charged $313.51 for a oil change on a jet ski, ask them to look over other problems under warranty and told me they could not as they had no where to ride to test it. Said the speakers were coming loose they did nothing, seat rattle did nothing, felt like it was slipping like did not want to go when given throttle did nothing for anything just did a oil change that was supposed to be free!! NEVER AGAIN will I go back there!!!
